If you’re bored with the normal running and walking workout on a treadmill and want to spice up your workout, try the add weights ( Dumbbell or Hammer) on Treadmill exercise. This Kind of workout a great way to improve strength in the arms, shoulders and upper body. While treadmill exercise is mainly for lower parts of the body, the weights ( Dumbbell or Hammer) on treadmill is designed for the arms and shoulders. • Eat properly, as it is very important when working out with weights. Your body will burn more calories and require proper nutrition to build the muscle that is being stressed in the workout. 
 • Don’t run when you carry weights on a treadmill, it is very dangerous and you can hurt yourself. Only power walk for a treadmill with weights.

Using a towel in the gym is as important as wearing the proper footwear. 
Who enjoys getting on equipment or lying down on a bench or mat when the previous user has not wiped it down?  It’s gross.
Towels help keep sweat off the equipment and off you — that makes everyone happy!
