My country's government is trying to make it seem like people like me don't exist at all. So if I don't exist to them then how would I pay taxes?

I was joking about this initially but now I'm genuinely curious, does someone have to pay taxes where they live if where they live says they don't exist?? I gotta ask someone who knows ASAP this question is eating me alive!!

Yeah, don't worry! I'm feeling a lot better now.

I was just feeling a whole LOT of things last night that I really didn't know how to handle. But don't worry, I'm doing my best to work on navigating those kinds of events when they happen in the future!! I've found that grounding myself and recognizing situations for what they are instead of blowing them out of proportion and feeling like I've destroyed my entire life really, really helps. Crazy to think about, no? XD

But, in all seriousness, I'm doing way, way better. Thank you so much for asking :D
