Zettablogging plans/notes!

I originally wanted to clean this up and make it more detailed and nice before posting it! However that doesn't seem to be happening, so I think I shall just post what I had! Spoilers for Nexomon and Sun/Ultra Sun!

-Got Ultra Wormholed after being freed from the Underworld but before getting back to the main world. Is secretly both worried about his family/what that means, and very secretly glad to be out of there.

-Has a bit of a rivalry going on with Tapu Koko. It's increasingly a friendly rivalry, but Zetta will probably always call him "that jerk".

-First partner is a Rotom because of course it is. He gets the Rotom that would inhabit the protagonist's Rotomdex in canon.

-Can talk to electric type Pokemon, speaking the language of electricity and currents. Can't talk to any other ones.

-Puts up a token effort to pretend to be human around the villagers of Iki Town. Does not bother on Rotomblr. (Theoretically pretends to be human in front of Kukui, however Kukui watched him meet and talk to his Rotom buddy so that skitty's out of the bag. Kukui probably thinks he is a Rotom.) This does not stop him from trying to get zapped by every electric type pokemon he sees. -He will eventually find out about the power plant on Ula'ula, go there, and cause a blackout by eating up the electricity there. Never admits responsibility to anyone but it's really obvious.

-Zygarde doesn't like him, for obvious reasons. He gives off the same sort of aura as an Ultra Beast. The other Tapu also start rushing to fight off this new Ultra-intruder when he lands on their islands, until and unless Koko steps in to explain.

-Is aware of Lillie as Kukui's protege, but doesn't actually meet her until late in the "game". Is in the Ultra Sun-verse, kind of. (A blend of Sun and Ultra Sun.)

-Is still pre-character-development; thinks humans are expendable, but kind of entertaining. Is royally (heh) offended to be running errands for one, but Kukui's wife studies the wormholes that dropped Zetta in Alola and she's probably his best shot at getting home. So he plays nice. He slowly gets casually fond of the ones he interacts with a lot.

-Doesn't use Pokeballs; doesn't see a reason to, and shorts them out.

-Gets a more appropriate outfit for Alola but refuses to lose his visor.

-Will eventually punch Necrozma in the face. This is not negotiable. And/or bite them.

-Runs into Xurkitree at the Aether Foundation when Moon and Gladion drag enlist him to help them rescue Lillie. Their ensuing fight and subsequent alliance would probably scare everyone who saw it if they weren't occupied with other matters at the time.

-Can't currently transform because Necrozma ate all his electricity. The more time he spends in Alola the more he recovers, though. He is incredibly whiny and upset until he starts to feel like himself again. Koko gives him a charge boost near the end so he can transform and go beat up Necrozma. (There is an AU where I tossed in a reference to one of my favourite fics and Zetta gets in contact with more legendaries at this point, but I never heard back on if it was okay for me to do that, so it remains an AU)

-Eventual team is Rotom, Vikavolt, Dedenne, Electivire, Xurkitree, aaand Oricorio-P.

-Drags his feet a little on going home; Lillie and the URS are happy to help him do so after he sends Necrozma packing, but eventually he realizes he can't put it off anymore and he has to face the music in his own world, maybe with a bit more compassion and humility than he'd had when he arrived. I would have used this foot-dragging to justify posting even after the main arc had finished.

Is this working? I hope so! Hey, people in Zetta's Pokedex! I just got finished backreading and I can't believe he'd say I'm a jerk! Dummy couldn't even be bothered to post while he was trying to track down the actual jerk who stuck him here. Rotom, this thing does pictures, right? Can you make it open- Flick. Perfect, thanks. Yeah, sorry, Flick.

Flying across that sky is a very large serpentine purple creature with a yellow-orange mask, pale purple glowing streamers, and a long purple horn behind its head. There are two humans holding onto its back. Next to the creature, running in the sky, is an also-large glowing white leonine Pokemon with flames around its paws and another two humans riding on its back. The creatures- Pokemon?- seem to be having fun.] So yeah, Zetta just kicked the Light-Eater's ass into next week and now he won't turn back, so I guess I get this thing for a while! He can probably kick yours too! Please! Guy couldn't have even done what he did without me giving him a power-up! Okay, that's probably good enough for now... and, post!

((OOC: Hi hello! I am so sorry I just vanished. It turns out I'm not very good with blog-based storytelling. ^^; But I sure hate cliffhangers, so to avoid inflicting one on anybody, I'm planning to sort of write out what my plans for this were! It might even turn into a story someday, who knows? Tumblr wasn't the medium for it, but I am still pretty attached to this concept. I am sorry I couldn't see it through the way I hoped, but for now, have one last blog-style snapshot.))

Yikes! Back home we mostly just keep an eye on things, make sure things don't get too out of control, but yeah, I know what that's like. Had to babysit for a while, and let me tell you, when I get back home I am telling the 'big champ' that that's not happening again. They tried to make a little bomb! One of them threw wrenches at me! If you can, I'd tell her enough's enough. She can do her own errands!

Hey, @champoflightning , you said you're a champion back in your dimension, yeah? What kind of duties does that involve? Because right now i pretty much only feel like an errand boy to big champ Geeta (who no one likes). Evaluating people I fought LESS THAN A MONTH AGO on their improvement or if their "brilliance has gone dull" is not conductive. Just. U GH.

Hey, Rotomblr! Check it out! [A photo is attached. Zetta is standing on a brown bridge, on either side of which are flowers in various shades of yellow. I'm not usually a big 'flower' guy, but this place is pretty awesome, and Flick and I ran into Kal and her flock. I could've sworn I heard music earlier, too, but it's gone now. Weird. Anyway, hoping to meet this expert in void-portals (The Prof calls them 'ultra wormholes. I can't lie, that's a cooler name) in the next couple days.

Bit of an update!

Hello, people of Rotomblr! I've been sort of hanging around this Iki Town place, 'cause it turns out the guy who brought me here is kind of a hotshot and the people around here think we're pals. (Humans can be so dumb sometimes. The jerk might've helped me out of the ocean but he was making fun of me the whole time!) Plus, apparently Kukui knows someone who researches things like that void-portal that brought me here, so that might be my ticket home. Flick and I are helping him around the lab for a bit until he's got more info. (I really wasn't big on that idea, but I guess it's no big deal. Took me all of 5 minutes to clean the place up. And I'm finding out a lot about this world in the process. Between that and the things I've read on here... All I can say is that this world is weird. Honestly kinda interesting, though.)

Alright. So. I am very much alterhuman, it seems. That last jaunt as a Miraidon helped. Penny and the others helped me take pictures of all my formes!

That is my Battle Forme. Electric/Dragon. I'd have expected Dragon/Steel or Steel/Electric, honestly... I seem to have a unique move, but I haven't exactly used it yet. Didn't have an opportunity. We only got the battle forme to work properly yesterday. I also have an ability that causes electric terrain and heightens my special attack on said terrain.

This is my low power forme, to save power. Not good for battles, but extremely food for transport. Where Lizard runs, I can use my tail and gular pouch to generate energy so I can essentially turn myself into a motorcycle. Which is awesome. Lizard's certainly approving.

...Huh. So humans who spend a lot of time around certain Pokemon sort of take on traits of those Pokemon? And eventually turn into them? Definitely not something that happens in my world. Huh, it might be a better solution, though... Anyway. Thanks for the info!

Hello! What do you mean by a recharge?

Just a little zap! Not sure what happened exactly, but something in that void-portal that was pretty draining. I figured it was the guy who... found me yesterday, but he swears up and down he didn't do it.

I did get a bit of a boost from a new pal, though!

This is Flick! It's a Rotom, like this website! Little guy popped out of the wall earlier. Gave that Kukui human a bit of a shock, haha! Anyhoo, it says it's gonna stick around for a bit. And it wanted me to say hi to the internet for it. So yeah. Hi from Flick.

I'm pretty sure only the bigwig scientists have image capture tech back home. And even then, it's not as clear as it is here.

Hello, weird human thing called "Rotomblr"! It is I, Zetta, the great Champion of Lightning! Bzap!

Apparently I've been dumped in this other world for some reason (which, what the heck! You have these weird things that are kind of like Nexomon but aren't? It's bizarre.) and brought to this human village by a really rude guy. Anyway, looks like I'm stuck here until I find a way back, and the human calling himself "Professor" said I should check out this "website" in the meantime. So hello! Feel free to bask in my awesomeness until I leave you once again! And if any electric types are reading this can I get a quick recharge? (OOC info:)

Hello there! This is a pokeblog for Zetta, of Nexomon! He's been yoinked from right after the first game, and plopped in the ocean by Alola!
