Stuff kids on tumblr better relearn

1. You are responsible for your own media experience. 

2. There is such a thing as a healthy level of avoidance towards topics that make you feel unwell or even (in a real-life clinical definition of the term) trigger you - but you are the one to actively take care of what you view.

3. Avoiding does not mean policing others.

4. You have no right to tell artists to censor themselves - you may criticize what others do, you may dislike it, that’s fine - but actively asking for censorship when you could easily unfollow or block a person just makes you look incompetent in your use of the internet.

5. Do not give people on tumblr or /any/ website the responsibility for your emotional well-being. Because these people do not even know you so no, you have no right to ask them to take care of you.

Monster adoptables! Fakemon, digimon, what have you. I wanted to just doodle some monsters at the time and went with some silly concepts. Evolutions or prevolutions can be added!

Top Left 'Rheabill' - $3

A monster based on a shoebill, rhea/ostrich/emu, and a splash of inspo from Zapdos. 'Thought to be a fast moving bird, it's actually quite polite yet has a nasty attitude if things aren't to its standard. It isn't afraid to attack others with its large, serrated bill. It is thought the feathers puffing up is what create it's electricity.' Thought Typing: Flying/Electric

Top Middle 'Stocan' - $3

A statue like monster based on a toucan and meant to be a simple play the saying kill two birds with one stone. 'Often found on old ruins, this stone bird will stare for hours and watch its prey before finally taking flight. Despite its weight, it is quick to attack and is prone to shredding its food apart.' Thought typing: Rock/Dark

Top Right 'Powl' - $5

A living plant monster based on an owl, meant to come in various colors. 'A simple starter monster, this plant is often friendly to those it finds. Bugs tend to be mesmerized by the patterns found on the petals of its face as it shakes them, making it easy food. At night this creature will slow down and fold up its petals. This does not stop the hunting habits.' Thought Typing: Grass/Fairy

Bottom Left 'Cacteye' - $3

A monster originally meant to be based on a slime and morpha, it eventually turned to a monster based on a cactus/succulent and slimes. 'A strange monster that appears to break off from itself to create new life. An eye and mouth will form on each end as it continues to grow until one side cannot support the other. It isn't uncommon to find it in strange growth stages as it moves around." Thought typing: Grass

Bottom Right 'Moukater' - $10

A ghost of a cat and mouse stuck together by their tails tangled together inside of a rock. Meant to be a play the saying cat and mouse. 'This duo of monsters has learned to live together in harmony despite their large differences. The mouse is often the logical one while the cat is more of the cunning. At times they disappear into their rock house, fighting one another. It is said if you disturb the chase that happens in said rock that you will be cursed.' Thought typing: Rock/Ghost or Fairy/Ghost

In between anatomy struggles, depression and exhaustion, I was starting to worry I'd ever get it finished.
