Hi!

Dose anyone have any warm hats recommendations? I have Trichotillomania and I shave my head to try and stop Plucking- but now I don’t have any insulation and I get a brain freeze whenever I walk outside because it’s winter.

But EVERY hat I get feels unbearably feeling? (I don’t know how to describe it. It isn’t even really itchy, just WEIRD.)

And I can barely keep it on for more than 10 minutes, and i can’t focus on anything! It’s SO ANNOYING!
