SURVIVOR: MARQUESAS (February 28, 2002 - May 19, 2002) — You know, the people in our lives here are thinking that we’re spending 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with some of these people. You pick up a new family, and if you do the math, you’re spending probably 900 plus hours–intense hours–with a lot of individuals that you’ve never known. But by the end of that 900 hours, you know ‘em probably better than anybody in your life other than your immediate family–certainly better than your best friends–because if you were with your best friends a couple hours a week, which most of us are because of our jobs won’t allow us to do anymore than that, you know, how many years does it take to collect 900 hours?
