People have been liking my jojo embroidery again lately so I figure I should give an update on my current utena project.

This is attempt number 3 but I'm making myself finish this one. I wasn't happy with the faces the first go at them, but I'm much happier now, I'll post a comparison below.

left is my first attempt. Not bad, but proportions were kind of weird and I wasn't happy with the direction of the stitches. Added more shading to my current attempt (right) and I'm so much happier with it. I'm never going to get it to look perfect but I can live with this.
