Salad ingredients: 1/2 tbs Olive oil 1 bunch kale 1 carrot 3 cherry tomatoes 1/4 c diced red onion 3 slices fried tofu cut into smaller strips Dressing ingredients: 2 tbs olive oil 2 tbs Braggs Liquid Aminos 1 tsp apple cider vinegar 1/4 c water 1 pinch sea salt Salad: Wash, de-stem and rip kale into small pieces. Drizzle olive oil onto kale and massage to break down the kale. Peel carrot, add diced red onion, tofu and desired vegetables. Dressing: Combine ingredients and mix well. Adjust ingredients to suit your taste.
