I saved my own life last night.
Couldn't take much more of the unending sadness, the total lack of hope, the exhaustion. Decided to bomb myself with media for hours and hours till the Sun began to rise once again and the garbage trucks screeched and clanged outside my building. Alive again. Alive still. Each night bring that patch black darkness and each morning soothes the burn of depression with a numbing balm.
