Majestic Merman Kaiba

This was first (actual) atempt at digital art! Two days with 69 layers later this is what it ended up being. I am actaully proud of myself for being able to go this far. I hate digital art  because it hurts my hand (I don’t have a tablet and pen) but I actually enjoyed learning to digitally color my art!

Practice on Kaiba #498

I swear, I’ve drawn this boy more than I have with Atem at this point. I know you can’t really see him unless you squint but  but I call this improvement! I used to hate drawing Kaiba but here he is and he looks a lot better than my old style of him.

What did I say about not giving up on a dragon? 

This picture had taken me a week to outline and three days to color, I did blunder on one part of it but you can see it now that I’ve scanned it. I don’t want to focus on the mistake because it doesn’t matter! I swear I will stop drawing this dragon I promise, I lied I am going to draw this dragon again in the future!

 So today was @setofreakinkaiba birthday~ Of course, I would draw that lovely person a picture! I was, of course, going draw a prideshipping related picture for you, but I didn't get home till like 9:00 and we'll here have Kaiba! I really hope you like it and I hope you had a happy birthday~!

Seto Kaiba 

I know it’s been a while since I have posted here! I tried to learn how to draw a male chest, finally, I got the courage to try doing this with Seto Kaiba. Well, I did it! Normally I draw close ups with just a face so to do traditional face and chest it’s very rare for me! Hopefully, I will be able to get a prideshipping picture up here soon! Also, ignore the little line that runs right at his arm, that’s my scanners fault.

Deep Eyes White Dragon

Drawing dragons was a passion I always had I love drawing them~! When DSOD came out, I was drawn to this dragon, I even read somewhere on someone's blog that this dragon was a symbol of Atem??? I don’t know if that’s true or it's just a theory but anyway here's a dragon for you guys~!

‘ Happy Birthday Atem! ‘

Today is Yami Yugi’s birthday so why not draw him with a bunch of blue eyes white dragons on him? So this is a gift from Kaiba to Yami and here you can Deep Eyes hiding in the box because he’s shy and two little blue eyes in the air and on his shoulder. I wanted it to be somewhat prideshippy so this is what I got. I did take other photos throughout coloring if you guys want to see those.

Just another Kaiba sketch that I have done. I had a couple of people speak with me on him and I learned that making his eyes larger makes him look better? It was strange becasue I am so used to drawing Kaiba’s eyes small. Does he look better with larger eyes??? I am still getting used to this so I will have to practice this style.

‘ Let me share my love with you~! ‘

It is finished, I would have outlined his muscles on his chest but I do not have a white pen to do such magic so I will have to deal with it. But this was a redraw as I have stated before from another drawing I have done in the past. It was damaged so I decided to redraw it and color it traditionally.

So I already outlined the picture and colored his eye and hair, because it looks funny if I don’t. It always take me longer to color and shade appropriately but once I’m done I will share with you all!

[Rough Draft]

I drew one like this a long time ago and I decided to redraw it for the purpose of seeing if I had improved in my art style. I will outline this one and color it, of course, I will show the outline when I do outline it and the color as a separate post itself! (The word love is there because something sticky got on the paper I was drawing on and I covered it up with the word love, please don’t judge me!) Also something went wrong when I was scanning this and there is a straight line down the page, so not to confuse you that is not a line I drew.

Drawing Kaiba, as you know, has always been a challenge for me. Here I just wanted to see what Kaiba would look like if he didn’t have his bangs in his face. I believe maybe I drew his eyes a bit too close to the top of his head and his chin is a bit too long. But regardless I will redraw this another day~!

Do you come here often? 

Kaiba was one of the hardest charcters to draw for me, something about his hair made it difficult to draw Kaiba. Though I study others peoples art to see how they would have done it, after a bit of practice and a little bit of patence I made it through.

Did I mention that prideshipping is my otp? Since I have watched Yu-Gi-Oh! these two have been my favorite. Then DSOD came and my OTP became canon (I mean it was canon in the orginal anime what am I saying XD) But here you can have these lovebirds kissing~

I’m innocent I swear...

Decided to draw this because it just looked cute, little angel Yami acting innocent when he is clearly guilty. Ther’s no such thing as an angel here. Someone suggested that i do Seto as the devil and I am currently working on that one because let’s be honest, Seto is a little devil.

Hello there.

One of the things I struggle drawing is chests. I spent too much time trying to draw faces and now that I’m used to drawing faces it’s like I can’t other body parts. A part on my half that I should have been doing while learning to draw the face. So I did this sketch to see where I needed more practice. I drew a full body figure to try to get used to drawing other parts, though they still need a lot of work!
