When the Root Chakra is not balanced you could feel restless, anxious, frustrated, or feeling as though you do not fit in.
When your Root Chakra is balanced you should feel a sense of belonging, being confident in your actions and choices, ability to set goals, and the ability to prioritize.
Ways you can balance your Root Chakra are:
-Reciting Affirmations such as, "I am grounded; I am safe; I am secure; I have everything I need".
-Meditating to a Root Chakra specific meditation.
-Grounding can be done by walking barefoot on the grass, forest bathing, gardening, hiking, swimming and any other activity that connects you to Earth.
-Eating Earthy, Root-Based Vegetables and Red Foods such as, beets, garlic, ginger, sweet potato, strawberries, tomatoes, pomegranates, raspberries, beans, and nuts.
Ways to balance your Root Chakra are not limited to the ones mentioned above. There are so many more such as yoga poses, physical exercises, sound vibrations, using crystals, aromatherapy, Reiki healing, shadow work, and therapy.
