Day 41 - Jesus ישוע bore our Sins on His Body on the Cross 1 Peter 2:23-24 When He was reviled, He did not revile in return; when He suffered, He did not threaten, but continued entrusting Himself to Him who judges justly. and He Himself bore our sins in His body on the cross, so that we might die to sin and live to righteousness; for by His wounds you were healed. ~ There is a mystical aspect to the Cross of Jesus ישוע wherein The Sin of All Humanity was transferred / laid upon the Mortal Body of the Messiah משיח. 2 Corinthians 5:21 For our sake 𝙃𝙚 𝙢𝙖𝙙𝙚 𝙃𝙞𝙢 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙨𝙞𝙣 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙠𝙣𝙚𝙬 𝙣𝙤 𝙨𝙞𝙣, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God YHWH יהוה. He then gave Himself as a Sacrifice - thus making propitiation to YHWH יהוה, appeasing Divine Wrath and fulfilling the Cosmic Requirement to Pardon Transgression on Behalf of the Race of Man -> which is the Death of the Guilty. The One who committed no Sin suffered 𝙖𝙨 𝙞𝙛 𝙃𝙚 𝙙𝙞𝙙; the One who was Not Guilty of Sin was punished 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝙖𝙧𝙚 Guilty of Sin (which is, all Mankind). The Divine Penal Substitution has taken place. 1 Peter 3:18 For the Messiah משיח also suffered once for sins, 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙪𝙣𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩, 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙃𝙚 𝙢𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙗𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙪𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙂𝙤𝙙 𝙔𝙃𝙒𝙃 יהוה, being put to death in the flesh but made alive by the Spirit, The mechanics of what happened on the Cross is explained further in the book of Isaiah - describing the Messiah משיח as the Sin-Bearing, Suffering Servant. Isaiah 53:10-12 10 Yet it pleased YHWH יהוה to bruise Him; He has put Him to grief. When 𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙃𝙞𝙨 𝙨𝙤𝙪𝙡 𝙖𝙣 𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙨𝙞𝙣, He shall see His seed, He shall prolong His days, And the pleasure of YHWH יהוה shall prosper in His hand. 11 He shall see the labor of His soul, and 𝙗𝙚 𝙨𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙨𝙛𝙞𝙚𝙙. By His knowledge My righteous Servant shall justify many, 𝙁𝙤𝙧 𝙃𝙚 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙗𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙧 𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨. 12 Therefore I will divide Him a portion with the great, And He shall divide the spoil with the strong, Because 𝙃𝙚 𝙥𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙃𝙞𝙨 𝙨𝙤𝙪𝙡 𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙝, And He was numbered with the transgressors, And 𝙃𝙚 𝙗𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙞𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙮, And made intercession for the transgressors. The New Testament writers explained, however, that although the scope and magnitude of His Sacrifice was efficacious for the Sin of all Humanity, 1 John 2:2 He is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙖𝙡𝙨𝙤 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙝𝙤𝙡𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙡𝙙. It will only apply on the account / soul of the one who Accepts His Offer of Divine Penal Substitution - 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙁𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙝. Romans 3:25a God YHWH יהוה presented the Messiah משיח as a sacrifice of atonement, through the shedding of 𝙃𝙞𝙨 𝙗𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙙—𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙚𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙮 𝙛𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙝. Romans 5:1,9 Therefore, since we have been 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙮 𝙛𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙝, we have peace with God YHWH יהוה 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 our Lord Jesus ישוע the Messiah משיח. Day 40 - This Present Earth is not our Final Home, we are Sojourners and Pilgrims Passing Through Heb 11:13-4,16 All these died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them from afar off and embraced them, and 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙛𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙤𝙟𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙝. For those who say such things declare plainly that 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙨𝙚𝙚𝙠 𝙖 𝙝𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙙. But now they desire a better, that is, a 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙮. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙃𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙨 𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙖 𝙘𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢. ~ Everyone eventually comes to the realization that all Humans will inevitably Die at some point. When one truly internalizes this fact - knowing that we, too, are Human and aren't exempt from Death - it can get confusing, dreadful, and even mind-breaking. When one does not know where to find the True Answers to explain Existence and Death - there is an initial tendency to hold onto Nihilistic and Fatalistic ideas - to act as if though none of 𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 ultimately matters anyway and we might as well just give up. However, when one realizes that this worldview is unsustainable practically and philosophically, there is another tendency to switch to an Epicurean / Hedonistic mindset instead - wherein one therefore decides to let loose and indulge in as much as one could possibly experience in this world before they Die - all to avoid the necessity of thinking about the Reality and Implications of our Unavoidable and Imminent Death. This chain of events unfortunately leads a person down the road of being an Earth-Dweller -> to act as if though this Life in the Mortal Era is all that there is (1 Tim 4:8), to invest their one Life in merely ephemeral / transient pursuits (Col 3:2), to live as if though the Eternal State does not exist (Rom 6:23), and that the World-to-Come is merely a fantasy (Rev 21). But we thank the God of Israel YHWH יהוה for Revealing to us through the Hebrew Scriptures what the True Answers are regarding Existence, Death, and Eternity. For those who will Read, Investigate, and Believe in the whole counsel of the Godhead - we are given the Correct worldview for processing all the Factors of the Reality we find ourselves in - thus freeing us from Hopelessness and Fear. He has showed to us the True way to Live -> that through the Messiah משיח Jesus ישוע, He has given everyone who will Accept His Sacrifice (by Faith) the Assurance of Immortality and a Place in the World to Come - therefore we ought to treat our brief Mortal Life that we have now, not as if though this is already the Eternal state, but rather as an interim pilgrimage instead (while investing our lives in that which we 𝘾𝘼𝙉 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙪𝙨 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙤 𝙀𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 - for example, the Eternal Souls of those we shared the Evangelion εὐαγγέλιον with): 1 Peter 2:11 Beloved, I beg you as 𝙨𝙤𝙟𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙞𝙡𝙜𝙧𝙞𝙢𝙨, abstain from fleshly lusts which war against the soul, Hebrews 13:14 For here we have no lasting city, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙬𝙚 𝙨𝙚𝙚𝙠 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚. Philippians 3:20 𝘽𝙪𝙩 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙘𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙯𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙞𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙫𝙚𝙣, and from it we await a Savior, the Lord Jesus ישוע the Messiah משיח 2 Corinthians 4:17-18 For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. Day 39 - Jesus ישוע will Return and Take (Rapture) the Redeemed up to The Air, to be with Him Forever 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 For the Lord Himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in the Messiah משיח will rise first. After that, 𝙬𝙚 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙡𝙚𝙛𝙩 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙗𝙚 𝙘𝙖𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙪𝙥 𝙩𝙤𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙡𝙤𝙪𝙙𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙢𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙇𝙤𝙧𝙙 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙖𝙞𝙧. And so we will be with the Lord forever. ~ There's a controversial and astounding doctrine that is found in the Brit Chadashah בְּרִית חֲדָשָׁה (New Testament) - and it is called "The Rapture" The term "Rapture" is the English transliteration of the Latin term "rāpiemur" which comes from the Greek term "harpazó" (ἁρπάζω) which means : "to seize by force, catch up, snatch away suddenly". This is the term we see in 1 Thessalonians 4:17 for "caught up". The Rapture describes the Eschatological event (concerning the End-Times) wherein the Resurrected Messiah משיח, Jesus ישוע, will Return to take away the Ekklésia ἐκκλησία - His Bride, His Body, the True Church (all the Redeemed) Up and Out of the Earth to be with Him. This means that there will be one generation of the Faithful Humanity that will not experience the first death, but will be transformed / changed / receive their immortal body immediately along with the souls of the Redeemed who have already died - and are Resurrected. 1 Corinthians 15:51-53 I'm telling you a mystery. Not all of us will die, but we will all be changed in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we shall be changed. For this perishable body must put on the imperishable, and this mortal body must put on immortality. Matthew 24:37-42 37 As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. 38 For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark; 39 and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. 40 Two men will be in the field; one will be taken and the other left. 41 Two women will be grinding with a hand mill; one will be taken and the other left. 42 “Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come. There is no question within the Believing Body about the reality of the Rapture, however, there are many views regarding the 𝙏𝙞𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 of the Rapture. I hold the view that this will take place 𝘽𝙀𝙁𝙊𝙍𝙀 the Tribulation Era (as described in Revelation 7-18) - before the Day of the LORD - when the Wrath of the Lamb (Rev 6:16) is unleashed on the Earth. This view is called "Pre-Tribulation Rapture" which describes Jesus ישוע removing the Redeemed from the Earth before the Seven Seals, Trumpets, and Bowl Judgements are poured out on the Unbelievers (Rev 3:10). For those who will be left behind, there are many who will realize that the True God is Jesus ישוע, accepts the Gospel and will be saved (Rev 14:6), but the Anti-Christ will have them killed for their Faith (Rev 20:4, Rev 7:14). Once the Tribulation Era is over, the Raptured Believers, the Tribulation Martyrs, and all the Redeemed who have Died from the Beginning of the World will come back down to the Earth to Reign with the Messiah משיח for a Thousand Years (Rev 20:4-5) - and after that, will live in the New Earth, the Global Eden, Forever (Rev 21). I implore everyone who gets to read this post to believe in Jesus ישוע and the Eternal Gospel - His Life, Death and Resurrection for the Full Forgiveness of Sin and Assurance of Immortality Because the Time is Near. Day 38 - The Heart and Plan of Salvation of YHWH יהוה is the Cross of Jesus ישוע 1 Corinthians 1:18 For the Word of the Cross is folly to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God YHWH יהוה‎. ~ For those who have not yet fully studied the entire Biblical Landscape (the Evidence for why it's true, the Jewish Background of the Scriptures, the Theology of YHWH יהוה and how His Systems operate, etc.), it is hard to imagine that the fate of all Souls and the Destiny of this Existence is determined by what happened to a Man on a wooden Cross 2000≈ years ago. To the one who has not examined the original, non-caricatured, unaltered version of Jesus ישוע, the Word, and what He has accomplished - the Crucifixion will look like "mere barbarism brought about by the squabbles of uneducated, pre-scientific, middle-eastern religious hacks regarding their delusions of there being an invisible "sky-daddy", and that this Man (Jesus ישוע) claimed to be Him, therefore they killed Him because they got triggered, and He stayed dead, though His fanatical disciples made up some story that He rose from the dead to promote their power-grabbing, monetary, and political agendas; then this falsehood was passed down from one ignorant generation to another until today - end of story. It's all just a lie, a myth, a legend - just like the thousands of other religious claims from around the world - and we should not be falling for children's fairy-tales as wise, enlightened, 21st century, information-age citizens anymore. Believe whatever you want to believe, just do it in the privacy of your own home, keep it to yourself, and don't shove it down my throat please." (Speaking as my former skeptical / atheist self) But, to the one who has actually given the Biblical Narrative the benefit of the doubt, researched the Jewish Scriptures on its own ancient terms and contexts, listened to scholars who actually gave their life to study the Word (and not to people who have never even read it, but act as if they're experts in the field and know what they're saying) - then they will discover that what is written in the Bible is the True and Final Narrative of All Existence (explaining who God is, where this World and Humans came from, and where it's All heading toward). And they will also discover that the Death on the Cross of the prophesied Messiah משיח Jesus ישוע, is the Heart, Wisdom and Power of YHWH יהוה - it is the Center and Dividing Line of All Things. 1 Corinthians 1:21-25 For since, in the wisdom of God, the world did not know God through wisdom, it pleased God through the folly of what we preach to save those who believe. For Jews demand signs and Greeks seek wisdom, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙬𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙈𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙖𝙝 משיח 𝘾𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙚𝙙, a stumbling block to Jews and folly to Gentiles, but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙈𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙖𝙝 משיח 𝙞𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙂𝙤𝙙 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙨𝙙𝙤𝙢 𝙤𝙛 𝙂𝙤𝙙. For the foolishness of God is wiser than men, and the weakness of God is stronger than men. 1 Corinthians 1:26-29 For consider your calling, brothers: not many of you were wise according to worldly standards, not many were powerful, not many were of noble birth. But God chose what is foolish in the world to shame the wise; God chose what is weak in the world to shame the strong; God chose what is low and despised in the world, even things that are not, to bring to nothing things that are, so that no human being might boast in the presence of God. Day 37 - Jesus ישוע is the First and the Last, the Alpha and the Omega αΩ, the Beginning and the End, who was Dead and is now Alive Forevermore. Revelation 1:17-18 When I saw Him, I fell at His feet as though dead. But He laid his right hand on me, saying, “Fear not, 𝗜 𝗔𝗠 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗧, and the living one. 𝙄 𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙙, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙗𝙚𝙝𝙤𝙡𝙙 𝙄 𝙖𝙢 𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚, and I have the keys of Death and Hades. ~ All throughout the Jewish Scriptures, the Tanakh תנ״ך (Old Testament), whenever the title "First and the Last" comes up, it is always used to refer to the True God, the God of Israel YHWH יהוה‎. Isaiah 44:6 “Thus says YHWH יהוה, the King of Israel, And his Redeemer, YHWH יהוה of hosts: ‘𝙄 𝙖𝙢 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙄 𝙖𝙢 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙇𝙖𝙨𝙩; Besides Me there is no God." Isaiah 41:4 Who has done such mighty deeds, summoning each new generation from the beginning of time? It is 𝙄, 𝙔𝙃𝙒𝙃 יהוה, 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙇𝙖𝙨𝙩. 𝙄 𝙖𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙖𝙢 𝙃𝙚.” Ascribing this title to any other Being (Humans, Angels, Demons, Nephilim, etc.) is Blasphemy: only YHWH יהוה is the Eternal, Creator, Omniscient, All-Powerful, All-Holy One. This is why whenever we read in the Brit Chadashah בְּרִית חֲדָשָׁה (New Testament) that Jesus ישוע is referred to with this very same title (The First and the Last, the Alpha and the Omega αΩ), the initial response might be confusion or even repulsion - until one discovers that Jesus ישוע is the Second Person of the Triune Nature of YHWH יהוה - He is Deity, Divine, and God, Himself - who took on Humanity. Colossians 2:9 For in the Messiah המשיח‎ 𝙙𝙬𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙨 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙡𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙂𝙤𝙙𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙙 𝙗𝙤𝙙𝙞𝙡𝙮; That is why 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 of Jesus is proper - because He is not only the Beginning and The End (therefore, every attribute of God is applicable to Him), but He is also the One who took on Flesh and Blood and shared in our Mortality (Heb 2:14,17) so that He could Die to pay the penalty for Sin on behalf of Humanity, then Resurrected and Ascended - now offering Full Forgiveness of Sin and Immortality (He will Resurrect the Redeemed with an Undying Body at His Return) to All who will Accept His Sacrifice by Faith. Revelation 2:8 “And to the angel of the church in Smyrna write: ‘The words of the 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙇𝙖𝙨𝙩, 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝘿𝙞𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙖𝙢𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙇𝙞𝙛𝙚. Philippians 2:8-11 And being found in human form, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. Therefore God YHWH יהוה has highly exalted Him and bestowed on Him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus ישוע every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus ישוע the Messiah המשיח is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Revelation 22:12-16 “Look, I am coming soon! My reward is with Me, and I will give to each person according to what they have done. Day 36 - Jesus ישוע Loves us and Died for us even while we were still Blind Sinners Romans 5:8 but God YHWH יהוה shows His love for us in that while we were still sinners, the Messiah משיח died for us. ~ There are erroneous theological points made by Biblically illiterate people who say, "God only loves the righteous, not the sinners", or "God will only start to love you if you begin to love Him first", or "Before you believe in Him, He entirely hates and despises you and can't wait to send you to Hell". These statements tragically disillusion those that Jesus ישוע specifically came to die for -> souls led astray (which is, all of Humanity) in need of The Savior. Before we even had a care in the world about God YHWH יהוה and His Holy Moral Standards, The Messiah המשיח already Loved us. Day 35 - Jesus ישוע, the Messiah משיח, died for all Humanity so that we can be Counted Righteous by Faith Romans 4:5 However, to the one who does not work but trusts God YHWH יהוה who justifies the ungodly, 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙧 𝙁𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙞𝙨 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙨 𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙚𝙤𝙪𝙨𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨. Romans 3:22a This 𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙚𝙤𝙪𝙨𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙞𝙨 𝙜𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙛𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙞𝙣 𝙅𝙚𝙨𝙪𝙨 ישוע the Messiah משיח to all who believe ~ There's an erroneous point of theology that is being espoused by Biblically illiterate people who say that "You will only be accepted by God if you are righteous enough", or, "You can only enter Heaven if you have done more good than bad in your lifetime", or, "God will only start to love you if you become a good person, but before that happens, He hates you completely and is entirely against you". These statements tragically disillusion those who want to know more about the True God of Israel YHWH יהוה and the Second Person of His Triune Nature, Jesus ישוע. His Free Gift of Immortality and Judicial Forgiveness of Sin is unfortunately distorted into a yoke of slavery than it is of Freedom (Gal 5:1). It has been turned into a burden to earn one's Salvation and Acceptance from YHWH יהוה through striving to do good deeds, hoping that on th Day of Judgement (Heb 9:27) He doesn't send us to some other place first to purge off "left-over" impurities before we're allowed to enter His Holy Presence - or worse, for Him to send us to Hell because we weren't "Good" enough (Eph 2:8-9, Rom 3:24, Rom 4:5). But we thank the God of Israel YHWH יהוה because this is not the system of salvation that He has revealed to Humanity through the Hebrew Scriptures. He knows that Humans will never be able to be "Good enough" to enter Heaven, because one needs to be Holy / Sinless to enter the Holy Presence of YHWH יהוה (Ps 101:7, Rev 21:27). Humans are then rightfully / justly condemned to death and eternal separation from Him after committing 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙖𝙘𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙎𝙞𝙣 (Jas 2:10, Eze 18:20, Gal 3:10). But because He loves Humanity and does not want anyone to perish (2 Pet 3:9), He sent the Sinless Jesus ישוע to Die on behalf of Humanity (1 Cor 15:3) so that all those who will accept His Sacrifice don't have to die for their own Sin anymore (Rom 6:23, 1 Pet 3:18). Instead, anyone who 𝘽𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙧 𝙁𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙝 in the Death and Resurrection of Jesus ישוע will be 𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙙 / 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙍𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙚𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙔𝙃𝙒𝙃 יהוה (even if we actually aren't / and can never be Righteous and Holy) - thus allowing them to enter freely into the Holy Presence of YHWH יהוה at Death. In Theological Terms, the Sinless Righteousness of Jesus ישוע will be Imputed / Credited to anyone who places their Faith in Him. Day 34 - Jesus ישוע is the Word, the Logos Λόγος - the grounding truth of All Reality who took on Humanity and dwelt amongst His creation John 1:1, 14 In the beginning was the Word λόγος, and the Word was with God YHWH יהוה‎, and the Word was God YHWH יהוה. And the Word λόγος became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen His glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth. ~ There is an ancient philosophical concept regarding Existence that the early Greeks have contemplated for centuries. They called it the the Logos λόγος (or, the Word). Here is a list of definitions for what they associated with this concept: 1.) "the divine reason implicit in the cosmos, ordering it and giving it form and meaning." 2.) "an active rational and spiritual principle that permeates all reality" 3.) "providence, nature, and the soul of the universe" 4.) "it is both immanent in the world and at the same time the transcendent divine mind" 5.) "the concept is not exclusive to Greece (although they promulgated it the most) but is also found in Indian, Egyptian, and Persian philosophical and theological systems" (https://www.britannica.com/topic/logos) We can see that throughout human history, regardless of religious and cultural background, people have had an innate sense that there must exist a Transcendent Principle that Originated and Ordered the Universe. Most people would associate the definitions stated above to the term "God", regardless of whether or not they know what "God" is like, what they want, what their purposes are, etc. For most people, until today, all that they instinctively know is that there must be a Logos λόγος that Designed and brought All Things into Being - even though they do not specifically know who or what the Logos λόγος is or requires of us. But we thank the True God, the God of Israel YHWH יהוה, because He has Revealed (through the Hebrew Scriptures) who the Logos λόγος actually is - in the Incarnation and Person of Jesus ישוע, the Messiah משיח - the Second Person of the Tri-Unity of YHWH יהוה Jesus ישוע is the Divine Ordering Principle who Designed and Created All Things. What the Greek mind could not have expected, however, was that this very same Logos λόγος would actually take on Humanity - Flesh and Blood (Heb 2:14). The Logos λόγος did this so that He could have a Mortal Body, thus enabling Him to Voluntarily Die to pay for the Penalty of Sin on Behalf of Humanity (Heb 2:17), then Resurrected and Ascended, who is now currently seated at the Right Hand of God (Rom 8:34). Because of what the Incarnated Logos λόγος accomplished, Salvation is now available for all the People He created and Loves (Gen 1:27, Rom 5:8) The story doesn't end there, however, because the Jewish Scriptures also testify that the Incarnated Logos λόγος - the WORD - will one day Return at the End of the Age and take over this World, setting up His Eternal Kingdom: Revelation 19:11-16 11 Then I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse! The One sitting on it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war. 12 His eyes are like a flame of fire, and on His head are many diadems, and He has a name written that no one knows but Himself. 13 He is clothed in a robe dipped in blood, and the name by which He is called is 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙒𝙊𝙍𝘿 (𝙇𝙤𝙜𝙤𝙨 λόγος) 𝙊𝙁 𝙂𝙊𝘿. 14 And the armies of heaven, arrayed in fine linen, white and pure, were following Him on white horses. 15 From His mouth comes a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations, and He will rule them with a rod of iron. Day 33 - All the verses in the entire Hebrew Bible (Old and New Testament) is True and Infallible - written by the Spirit of YHWH יהוה through Human Authors 2 Timothy 3:16 All Scripture is breathed out by God YHWH יהוה and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, ~ Whenever people say that the Hebrew Bible is Infallible and Authoritatively True, we must give reasons to back up this staggering claim. When people ask why we ought to follow Jesus ישוע, we cannot just say "meh, because the Bible says so", because that will come off as a response made by someone who was merely brainwashed by their upbringing / or intellectually lazy to the skeptics. Are there actually reasons to believe that the Hebrew Bible is Trustworthy and Infallible? Yes there are: There are 2 major proofs to objectively say that the Hebrew Scriptures are of Divine Origin, and must be treated as the Final Source of Truth in Existence: 1.) Prophecy - the Jewish Bible is the only document in the world to have accurately, consistently, and precisely stated future events before they happened. This is evidence that the True Author of this Book must be outside the time dimension (namely, the Eternal God of Israel YHWH יהוה) who knows All Things that Ever Was and Ever Will Be. He revealed what will occur in the Future to Human authors who wrote down what they have seen in a vision / dream / conversation with YHWH יהוה. This is unique amongst all the so-called "Holy Books" of other World Religions, proving that the Hebrew Bible could not have been contrived by merely human authors, but it came from the True God, Himself. Isaiah 46:9-10 9 remember the former things of old; for I am God (YHWH יהוה), and there is no other; I am God (YHWH יהוה), and there is none like Me, 10 𝙙𝙚𝙘𝙡𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙚𝙣𝙙 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙮𝙚𝙩 𝙙𝙤𝙣𝙚, saying, ‘My counsel shall stand, and I will accomplish all My purpose,’ Prophecy in the Bible is divided into two types - Messianic and Non-Messianic: a.) Messianic Prophecies - are those that outline what the Anointed One (the Savior) promised by YHWH יהוה would do, where He would be born, what His genealogy would be, etc. All of these Messianic Prophecies were Fulfilled by Jesus ישוע during His First Arrival, and would be Completed at His Second Arrival. b.) Non-Messianic Prophecies - are those that outline events which happened in World History that YHWH יהוה revealed to His prophets centuries before they occurred. Here are some examples: b.I) Rise and Fall of the 4 Major World Empires in Order (Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece, Rome) in Daniel 2 and 7 - Written 300 years before it happened b.II) Destruction of the City of Tyre in Ezekiel 26:3 - Written 200 years before it happened b.III) Destruction of the Jerusalem Temple in Daniel 9:26 - Written 500 years before it happened 2.) Jesus ישוע treats Scripture as Authoritative - since we can show (historically / textually) that Jesus ישוע Resurrected after making Atonement for the Sin of Humanity - proving that His claims of Deity were not made by a mere false prophet, but rather held veracity - we can therefore conclude that if He, the God of Israel Incarnate, treated the Hebrew Bible as Authoritative, then it definitely is: 2.I) He quoted it (Matt 7:12, Luke 18:20, etc) 2.II) He said He fulfilled it (Matt 5:17, Luke 24:44, etc) 2.III) He said the Bible came from YHWH יהוה (Matt 19:4, Mark 12:26, etc) These points of evidence, amongst a number of other proofs, are (at core) the reasons why we read, study, internalize, live out, and hold onto the death everything that is written in the 66 books of the Tanakh תנ״ך (Old Testament) and the Brit Chadasha בְּרִית חֲדָשָׁה (New Testament). Day 32 - The Present Heavens and Earth are preserved for Undoing by Fire 2 Peter 3: 7, 10-13 But the heavens and the earth which are now preserved by the same word, are reserved for fire until the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men. But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up. 11 Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, 12 looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be dissolved, being on fire, and the elements will melt with fervent heat? 13 Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells. ~ An ancient prophecy was given by the True God, the God of Israel YHWH יהוה to Isaiah. God reveals to Humanity what the Future will look like through the Hebrew Scriptures. And one of the many prophecies that YHWH יהוה pronounced is His creation of an eventual New Heaven and New Earth. Jerusalem will be the Capital on the New Earth, and there will no longer be death / predation in the Eternal State. Isaiah 65:17-19,25 “For behold, I create new heavens and a new earth, and the former things shall not be remembered or come into mind. But be glad and rejoice forever in that which I create; for behold, I create Jerusalem to be a joy, and her people to be a gladness. I will rejoice in Jerusalem and be glad in my people; no more shall be heard in it the sound of weeping and the cry of distress. The wolf and the lamb shall graze together; the lion shall eat straw like the ox, and dust shall be the serpent’s food. They shall not hurt or destroy in all my holy mountain,” says YHWH יהוה The people of the Jewish nation have, since then, been waiting for this New Earth - even for those who have already died and entered Sheol שְׁאוֹל - the World Below. This is because there are also prophecies that state that there will be a Corporate Resurrection of Humanity, and that the Souls of the Deceased in the Old Testament Era will not forever stay in the Underworld. (Ps 30:3, Isa 14:15) Daniel 12:2-3 Many of those whose bodies lie dead and buried will rise up, some to everlasting life and some to shame and everlasting disgrace. And those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the sky above; and those who turn many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever. Fast Forward to the First Arrival of Jesus ישוע -> He further explained that only those who have had Faith and Trusted in YHWH יהוה will be Resurrected and be allowed to live on the New Earth Eternally. For those who lived during the New Testament Era - the way now to be included in the Resurrection of the Just is to Believe in the Evangelion εὐαγγέλιον -> to have Faith in the fact that Jesus ישוע is YHWH יהוה Incarnate, and that He Died and Resurrected for the Full Forgiveness of Judicial Sin. Day 31 - Jesus ישוע, the prophesied Jewish Messiah המשיח, Died to Pay the Penalty for Sin on behalf of Humanity - bringing Forgiveness and Healing to all who will Accept His Sacrifice Isaiah 53:5 But he was pierced for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his wounds we are healed. ~ There is an ancient prophecy (written at around 800≈ BC) given by the True God, the God of Israel YHWH יהוה, to the prophet Isaiah. The prophecy states that one day, a Man from the Jewish Bloodline will be Killed (specifically, by being 𝙥𝙞𝙚𝙧𝙘𝙚𝙙) for the Iniquities of Humanity - and this will happen to bring peace and healing for those that He will Die for. Since then, the Jews have been waiting for this Man - which they have referred to as the Messiah המשיח - to arrive and fulfill this prophecy. Fast forward 800≈ years to the First Arrival of Jesus ישוע. He fulfilled all the prophecies regarding the Messiah המשיח as expressed throughout the Hebrew Scriptures. Many Jews recognized this and left everything to follow Him (John 1:41, John 4:29) However, the Pharisees (the hypocritical religious leaders of Judaism who added countless traditions to the Old Testament, thus obscuring the Word of YHWH יהוה) were erroneously expecting the Messiah המשיח to 𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝙗𝙚 𝙖 𝙢𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙢𝙖𝙣 - not to be the Human Incarnation of YHWH יהוה, Himself. That is why whenever Jesus ישוע claimed to be God YHWH יהוה and attributed characteristics reserved only for YHWH יהוה to Himself (ex. Forgiver of Sin, the Great I AM, Equality with the Father, etc.), the Pharisees wanted to kill Him for blasphemy: John 10:30-33 30 "I and the Father are one.” 31 The Jews picked up stones again to stone him. 32 Jesus ישוע answered them, “I have shown you many good works from the Father; for which of them are you going to stone me?” 33 The Jews answered him, “It is not for a good work that we are going to stone you 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙗𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙥𝙝𝙚𝙢𝙮, 𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪, 𝙗𝙚𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖 𝙢𝙖𝙣, 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛 𝙂𝙤𝙙 𝙔𝙃𝙒𝙃 יהוה.” They eventually seized Him and put Him in trial to question Him regarding the accusations put against Him regarding blasphemy - but rather than defending Himself, Jesus ישוע further made the point that He Truly is Deity by stating that He is the "Son of Man" - the title of the Divine One prophesied in Daniel 7:13: Mark 14:62 - 64 62 And Jesus ישוע said, “I am, and you will see the Son of Man seated at the right hand of Power, and coming with the clouds of heaven.” 63 And the high priest tore his garments and said, “What further witnesses do we need? 64 𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙙 𝙃𝙞𝙨 𝙗𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙥𝙝𝙚𝙢𝙮. What is your decision?” And they all condemned him as deserving death. The Pharisees therefore had Him crucified - not knowing that this is exactly what needed to happen in order for the prophecy of Isaiah 53 to be accomplished - thus allowing Jesus ישוע to be the Pierced One who Died for the Iniquity of Humanity and brought Healing and Forgiveness to all who will accept His sacrifice. Day 30 - Jesus ישוע, the Divine Second Person of the Trinity, is the only Mediator between Man and the God of Israel, YHWH יהוה 1 Timothy 2:5-6 For there is one God YHWH יהוה, 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙈𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧 𝙖𝙡𝙨𝙤 𝙗𝙚𝙩𝙬𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙔𝙃𝙒𝙃 יהוה 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙢𝙚𝙣: himself man, Jesus ישוע the Messiah המשיח, who gave Himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time, ~ Jesus ישוע, the Second Person of the Triune Godhead of Israel, emphatically stated that He is the 𝙊𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝙒𝙖𝙮 to be reunited and reconciled to YHWH יהוה: John 14:6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. 𝙉𝙤 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙁𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙚𝙭𝙘𝙚𝙥𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙢𝙚. You cannot believe in merely any generic version of "God", nor the "God" of your own making, nor the "God" expressed by any Sacred Text other than the Hebrew Scriptures (the Bible), nor the cherry-picked version of "God" and His system for Salvation (you may claim to follow Jesus ישוע, but still not be saved if you do not adhere to the Complete, Original, and Unaltered [no human traditions or doctrines added to the text of the Bible] version of Him.) Matthew 15:9 in vain do they worship me, 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙨 𝙙𝙤𝙘𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙢𝙚𝙣. Mark 7:13 “You nullify the word of YHWH יהוה by your tradition that you have handed down. Day 29 - Jesus ישוע is the exact imprint and representation of the nature of the True God, the God of Israel, YHWH יהוה‎ Hebrews 1:3 The Son is the radiance of God’s YHWH יהוה glory and the exact representation of His being, sustaining all things by His powerful Word. After He had provided purification for sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven. ~ For most people, regardless of religious upbringing or cultural background, whenever they think of the word "God" - a unique set of characteristics and attributes may come up in their minds: All-knowing, Creator, All-Powerful, Eternal, etc. However, for those who do not know the New Testament, this is just about as far as a person can say about what "God" is like without having to import information from some outside source like Sacred Scripture. Without the Revelation of Jesus ישוע, the God of Israel Incarnate - you will never associate the words "Loving, Merciful, Savior, Purposeful, King, Forgiver, etc." with the lofty concept of "God". Surely the Muslims, Buddhists, Rabbinics, etc. do not associate these words with their version of "God" because they do not ascribe to the unique information (amongst all the World Religions) found in the New Testament testifying about the Divine Jewish - Messiah משיח, Jesus ישוע If we want to understand what "God" is like, how He "works", how He "thinks", and what are His final purposes for allowing all these things in Existence to happen in the first place - we must look at none other than Jesus ישוע, for He has made the Godhead of Israel Known to Humanity: John 1:18 No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is Himself God and is at the Father’s side, has made Him known. John 14:9 Jesus said to him, “Have I been with you so long, and you still do not know Me, Philip? Whoever has seen Me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’? John 14:7 If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also. From now on you do know Him and have seen Him.” John 12:45 And whoever sees Me sees Him who sent Me. Colossians 1:15 The Messiah משיח is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation. Day 28 - Jesus ישוע, the True Shepherd, does not leave His Flock in This World filled with Wolves Luke 10:3 Go your way; behold, I am sending you out as lambs in the midst of wolves. ~ Jesus ישוע said that there will be persecution, ridicule, mockery, and even death for those who choose to follow Him. This is what will happen to all those who reject the deceitful and incomplete ideas, concepts, and goals that come merely from this temporal World System, and instead embrace the Word - the Hebrew Scriptures. John 15:18-19 “If the World hates you, know that it has hated Me before it hated you. If you were of the World, the World would love you as its own; but because you are not of the World, but I chose you out of the World, therefore the World hates you. Jesus expounds further that His Flock - the Redeemed - do not act as if though this Finite Life and This Ephemeral World is all that there is, but rather, they act in accordance with the fact that there is a World To Come, Eternal Judgement, and Immortality for the Faithful - and that they should expect Hatred and Scoffing from those who do not hold onto these Truths. John 17:14-16 I have given them your Word, and the World has hated them because they are not of the World, just as I am not of the World. I do not ask that you take them out of the World, but that you keep them from the evil one. They are not of the World, just as I am not of the World. John 12:25 Whoever loves his life loses it, and whoever hates his life in this World will keep it for eternal life. However, He has also given assurance to His People that He will not leave them as they pass through this Transient World, but would empower them to accomplish their individual, unique missions before returning Home - into His Presence. John 14:27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. Act 20:24 But I do not account my life of any value nor as precious to myself, if only I may finish my course and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God. Act 14:22 strengthening the souls of the disciples, encouraging them to continue in the faith, and saying that through many tribulations we must enter the kingdom of God. Day 26 - Jesus ישוע, the Resurrected Lamb, will Eternally Reign as the Davidic King over 𝘼𝙇𝙇 𝙏𝙃𝙄𝙉𝙂𝙎 - The Redeemed Immortal Humanity, The New Heaven and Earth, and all Divine Creatures

Revelation 7:17 For the Lamb on the throne will be their Shepherd. He will lead them to springs of life-giving water. And God YHWH יהוה will wipe every tear from their eyes.”

A Prophecy was revealed to Isaiah from the God of Israel, YHWH יהוה which states that one day, a Child will be born from the Jewish Bloodline who will Rule over a Kingdom that will 𝙉𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙀𝙣𝙙 - and this Son will be called GOD, Himself.

This Prophecy is Fulfilled by none other than Jesus the Messiah ישוע המשיח, the Resurrected Lamb of YHWH יהוה , Himself:

Luke 1:31-33 And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall call His name Jesus ישוע. He will be great and will be called the 𝙎𝙤𝙣 of the Most High. And God YHWH יהוה will give to Him the throne of His father 𝘿𝙖𝙫𝙞𝙙, and He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and 𝙤𝙛 𝙃𝙞𝙨 𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙙𝙤𝙢 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙗𝙚 𝙣𝙤 𝙚𝙣𝙙.”

However, the Son is 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙮𝙚𝙩 seated on the Throne of David because during the First Arrival, He had to Accomplish His Mission of the Eternal Evangelion (Luke 24:26) to open the Way for all the Gentiles to be included into the Mystical Kingdom of YHWH יהוה - and once the Full Number of Gentiles have been Saved (Rom 11:25) - 𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙣 will the Consummation of the Prophecy be Fulfilled at the Second Arrival - alongside the ushering in of the World to Come (2 Pet 3:10-13, Isa 65: 17-19) :

Matthew 25:31 “When the Son of Man 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙃𝙞𝙨 𝙜𝙡𝙤𝙧𝙮, and all the angels with Him, 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙃𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙨𝙞𝙩 𝙤𝙣 𝙃𝙞𝙨 𝙜𝙡𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙚. Before Him will be gathered all the nations, and He will separate people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. And He will place the sheep on His right, but the goats on the left. Day 25 - Jesus ישוע is the True Passover Lamb קרבן פסח‎ -> Final Judgement will 𝙋𝙖𝙨𝙨 𝙊𝙫𝙚𝙧 anyone who is Covered by His Blood

1 Corinthians 5:7b For the Messiah המשיח‎, our Passover Lamb קרבן פסח‎, has been sacrificed.

There is a pivotal event which happened in the ancient history of the Jewish Nation (1550 BC ≈), wherein the God of Israel YHWH יהוה‎ delivered them from slavery under the hands of the Pharaoh of Egypt.

YHWH יהוה‎ did so by unleashing the 10 Plagues on the land of Egypt, and the last Plague was the final straw that impelled the Pharaoh to let the Jewish Nation go.

29 At midnight YHWH יהוה struck down all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh who sat on his throne to the firstborn of the captive who was in the dungeon, and all the firstborn of the livestock. 31 Then he summoned Moses and Aaron by night and said, “Up, go out from among my people, both you and the people of Israel; and go, serve YHWH יהוה‎, as you have said.

While this event has a literal meaning during the Old Testament Era, it also has another meaning that we must be aware of -> this is also a prophetic foreshadowing of the True Passover Lamb, Jesus ישוע, which we now have in the New Testament Era.

Jesus ישוע is the Unblemished Lamb (1 Pet 1:19) whose bones were not broken by the Roman Soldiers (John 19:33,36) and was Crucified on the Feast of Passover (Nisan 14) - to fulfill the prophecies pointing to Him as the True Passover Lamb.

In the same way that judgement passed over the houses of the Israelites that were covered by the blood of the Passover lamb in Exodus -> Final Judgement will also 𝙥𝙖𝙨𝙨 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 everyone who is covered by the Blood of the True Passover Lamb, Jesus ישוע (Rom 8:1, John 3:18, Eph 1:7, Rev 1:5), for all humans now born in the New Testament Era (after His Resurrection).

And the way that a person can apply His Blood to themselves / the doorposts of their heart / soul is through Faith.

Romans 3:24-25 and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in the Messiah המשיח Jesus ישוע, whom God YHWH יהוה put forward as a propitiation 𝘣𝘺 𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘣𝘭𝘰𝘰𝘥, 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙚𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙮 𝙛𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙝.

Day 24 - Jesus ישוע came to Save the Lost Sheep

Luke 15:4-6 “Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Doesn’t he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it? And when he has found it, he lays it on his shoulders, rejoicing. And when he comes home, he calls together his friends and his neighbors, saying to them, ‘Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep that was lost.’

The Jewish Scriptures likens the condition of Humanity to sheep that have gone astray from their Shepherd:

Isaiah 53:6a All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned—every one—to his own way;

The New Testament expounds on this reality even further:

Romans 3:10-18 “None is righteous, no, not one; 11 no one understands; no one seeks for God YHWH יהוה. 12 All have turned aside; together they have become worthless; no one does good, not even one.” 13 “Their throat is an open grave; they use their tongues to deceive.” “The venom of asps is under their lips.” 14 “Their mouth is full of curses and bitterness.” 15 “Their feet are swift to shed blood; 16 in their paths are ruin and misery, 17 and the way of peace they have not known.” 18 “There is no fear of God YHWH יהוה before their eyes.”

But we thank the God of Israel YHWH יהוה because He has not given up on the wandering and lost Sheep, but rather, He sent the True Shepherd -Jesus ישוע - who came down from Heaven (John 6:38), shared in the Humanity of those He came to Represent and Die for (Heb 2:14, Heb 2:17), and opened a path Through the Eternal Evangelion εὐαγγέλιον for all the Repentant Sinners to be reincluded back into the Sheepfold of the Redeemed:

Luke 19:10 For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.”

Romans 5:8 but God YHWH יהוה shows His love for us in that while we were still sinners, the Messiah משיח died for us.

1 Peter 2:25 For you were straying like sheep, but have now returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls.

John 1:12 But to all who did receive Him, who believed in His Name, He gave the right to become children of God YHWH יהוה
