Hey dear 

That depends on how easy it is to find videos of the person. When I make gifs I already make the gif hunt as soon as i have 10 then I just add them in the gif hunt. So it doesn’t take too long to be published. So I mostly have gifs pretty quick :)

Well that depends on what you are using her for. She's only 18 so I think you can label as a teen who is still technically a child. But if you refer to her younger years only I think it could work.
