((Tyr hits his growth spurt after the Blip. Thea, who got Blipped, does not. Neither of them will ever catch up to Jason.))

((Tyr quickly outgrew his mother’s training wand out in the depths of space, and had to upgrade it to something stronger out of necessity. He still relies heavily on his magic to get him out of trouble and likes to leave the technology to Thea and Jason.

His outfit is heavily influenced by his father, but he’ll never admit that out loud.))

((Even now that they’re space renegades, Jason still won’t let Thea have a gun. So she makes herself useful in other ways, and has become incredibly adept at opening locked things.

Unbeknownst to her father, other Ravagers have no qualms about giving a baby a gun (so long as the gun isn’t pointed at them), so Thea knows how to use most blasters in a pinch.))

Jason has inhumane strength and dexterity, and trained with Natasha Romanov in at least one thread, so if he wanted to fight in heels, he could fight in heels. What’s scarier than an already 6′10″ tank running at you with a railgun and knives on his feet?

Also this is what happens when you expose a closeted nerd to an endless range of new space-fashions and leave him with only two twelve year olds to tell him ‘no’.

I can’t decide if he looks better in an Ironman-inspired red or a more spacy blue so have both. Ironman Red won out so that’s the one we’re keeping.))

“It’s not mine!” He blurted out, hiding the knife in his hand behind his back on reflex. Why? He wasn’t sure. Who would be mad at a kid for defending himself?

Things from Thor 4: Love and Thunder that I absolutely adored - NOT spoiler-free:

Frigga running into battle with baby!Thor in a carrier and a wooden hammer rattle in the opening flashback

Sif lost an arm in battle against Gorr and did not wear a prosthetic for the rest of her screentime prosthetics can be super cool but it’s also cool to see rep for people who don’t wear/can’t use/can’t afford them

Stormbreaker slowly sliding in from behind when Thor was staring longingly at Mjolnir from across the town hall in New Asgard

The personalities of Mjolnir and Stormbreaker in general I have a weakness for sentient weapons what can I say

The way Jane can break apart and control the individual pieces of Mjolnir and still reform them into a solid, functional hammer

THE GOATS-

The deadnaming joke was the one thing I really didn’t like but Thor respected Axel’s chosen name after their first spirit vision session and throughout the rest of the movie

Jane got to die on her own terms that’s it that’s the opinion

None of the other deities in Omnipotent City did a damn thing when Thor ‘killed’ Zeus - they all just sat there like “damn it was about time I guess but DAMN-”

We never found out what happened to those Emotion gods Valkyrie stole those disguises from

Listen, listen, listen...this may not have been a great movie, critically speaking, but I had a TON of fun watching and isn’t that really what matters?

LOVE IS PLAYED BY CHRIS HEMSWORTH’S OWN DAUGHTER-

Hemsworth’s son also plays young!Thor in the opening flashback

All of Gorr’s shadow monsters were designed by the children of the cast and I love them

So many children were involved in big ways in this movie and I just find that really, really sweet
