Being able to be open and loving is the biggest strength a person can have. It is so tough to repeatedly get up after someone hurts you, it can be so tough to keep those walls down and it can be even harder to trust someone again after someone broke it but it's important to realize that every single situation is a new situation. You won't prevent it from happening by fearing it.
