I recreated Twice Lovely~!!

I made use of Adobe Illustrator to first set the shapes to create a flat base for the illustration with proper alignment and sizing. I then used Adobe Photoshop to add depth to them, giving them the 3D-ish finish look.

I really love it when they incorporate a cartoon or a mascot for the groups. It opens up the incorporation of their persona to the characters created for them, which I think is a lot of work considering you need to take note of their appearance and their personality and merge them to a cartoon that is so far but resembles them so much.
