This is my first post, just to see if i like writing and to see what people think of my writing. I’ll take requests of some characters if you guys like my writing, i would LOVE feedback. Hate on my writing please, tell me what i should fix and what’s good. Anything will help!

You pull on Levi as you both meet where the soft sand and parking lot lay.

“Come on, Levi!” You practically shout out to him, though he’s not far behind you.

Levi mumble something and lets you tug on him, once you reach your desired spot, you lay your stuff down. Levi already grumbling and sand getting everywhere.

Taking off your flannel and jean shorts, you smile at Levi, talking in a bubbly tone, “I’m going to get in the water. You want to come?”

“No, you go y/n/n, I’ll get in later.” Levi grumbles.

(y/n/n = your nickname)

You shrug and walk to the water, feeling as the hot sand turns over to the refreshing, cooling, smooth sand. Standing and staring out to the blue void, feeling the sand slip from under your feet as the water rushes down, back to the vast ocean. You’re about to walk in as you hear the slap of flip flops behind you, glancing over your shoulder you see Levi. Walking and shielding his eyes from the sun light, you smile and hold out your hand for Levi.

“You know, Levi, you might lose your sandals if you go in with them on… right?” You say, a bit of laughter in your voice. Levi also taking your hand gently.

“I hate the feeling of sand in between my toes.” Levi mumbles out, face scrunched from the sun. You laugh a bit and just pull him towards the water, Levi stumbling a bit. You shiver as the water hits your ankles, you’re about to walking farther in when Levi pulls you back. Your back hitting Levi’s chest.

“What was that fo-” You start out.

Levi cuts you off, whispering, “What is that..?” He points at something in the water. You look over, squinting trying to make out what it is.. it’s a sea turtle!!

“Aww levi… it’s a sea turtle!” You walk out of his grip, towards the creature.

“Y/N! Don’t go near it! It- it could-” Levi says while reaching out for you.

“It won’t do anything to me Levi.. it’s harmless! Look how cute it is!” You say excitingly. You don’t hear Levi respond so you turn around to see Levi walking back towards the towel and chairs you two set out. “Oh! Levi..!” You run out of the water after him. Once you reach him you can already tell his grumpy about all the sand on his wet feet. You frown a bit and say, “Would you like to go home..?”

You watch Levi turn around quickly, startled a bit by your sudden presence. “No- I don’t want to ruin you beach day because of-” He pauses, “some sand and- creature.” He brushes off some sand from his chair.

You smile, glad levi thinks about you. “It’s okay.. I dont want you to be in a bad mood because of the sand! Plus it’s getting kind of annoying.” You grumble the last part. “You know, I love it when you have a smile on your face.. so we can leave if that makes you happy.” You lean into him and wrap your arms around his neck, lips close to his cheek. You see a slight blush creep onto his face, you smile brighter and kiss his face.

You let go of him and start to gather your guys stuff. “Come on Levi, we can go home and just chill on the couch.” You say, facing away from him.

Levi touches your waist, “No, baby.. it’s okay. If you want to stay at the beach, we can.” You don’t listen and keep putting stuff in the bag. Levi huffs put when you don’t say anything and starts packing his chair and yours. You put your clothing back on, water soaking through them. Picking up the bag, you take Levi’s hand wanting to hold it while you walk. Levi looks at you and smiles lightly, kisses you on the lips, lovingly. You smile as he pulls away and starts walking towards the car.

Levi and you both wash off your feet at those beach shower things, and (mostly you) skip back to the car. You open the back and toss the bag in, watching Levi back from the car after putting the chairs in, you close the trunk. You hop in the passenger seat as Levi also get in. As Levi is starting the car he says, “Are you sure you want to go home?” He glances at you.

“Yes, Levi. I’m sure I want to go home.” You smile at him and touch his leg. The corners of his mouth turn up but be turns his head forward again, clearly hiding his face. You chuckle a bit and look forward seeing the beach recede as you two pull away.
