My week has been busy! Someone with a whole team of alcremie came into the cafe a few hours ago but I wasn't able to get a picture :(

Yeah the gym challenge season is rough in Galar because here it's taken pretty seriously.

you know, sometimes it still feels weird to me that I work in a Pokémon Center but not... for the Pokémon Center, directly. like, the Poké Mart is still its own separate thing even though it's in the same building, it's just. I don't know. I think I kinda preferred how it was before the merger, but maybe that's just 'cause it's what I was used to as a kid

It can be busy but it's a lot better during off season, the league tournaments bring a lot of traction.

But I'm usually just working at the pokemart or working the ticket station, it just depends on what staff is available.

But we have folks coming from all over Galar, though sometimes we'll have some coming from Kalos, the region being so close after all it just makes sense.

I'm Chloe! I use she/her and I'm 28 years old Just a humble woman living in Galar, I work for the Wyndon station and have a side job at the battle café so if you see me feel free to say hi!

Don't have much going on for me nowadays, back when I was younger I did participate in the league back in Unova and Kalos. Haven't done a proper battle in years.

I know owning shinies can be a bit controversial but Clara was a rescue back in Kalos and Nick I just so happened to hatch when I got his egg, they are both registered and well taken care of and they've been with me for multiple years.

I do have two battle teams but I have not used them for battle in a long time and I can't even use them for battle since I have yet to renew my league registration. Most of my pokemon are at the local pokemon centers keeping area as I don't have enough room for them in my apartment :(

I don't have much to write more than this but I will write more if I have any ideas!

Oh Arceus I completely forgot about Team Plasma, we don't really have any evil teams in Galar, we do have Team Yell but they're less so of an issue and more so a very enthusiastic fanclub and it's fun to watch a bunch of young punk teens cheer each other on but they do sometimes cause a ruckus when Marnie participates in league battles (I think she's the sister of Piers? Pretty sure she's the new Dark type gym leader now)

(@unova-ex-nuzlocker) I'm not too familiar with Wyndon (haven't left Unova before) but from what I've seen online, it looks enormous. and busy. what's it like working there?

Fellow Unovian here! But yeah it is super busy, I'm surprised traffic isn't as bad as you'd think it'd be but it's kinda similar to Castelia if you've ever been there, I wish the apartments were bigger but it's cozy.

There are sooo many to pick from and they're all really good but the sinistea latte is definitely my favorite, I love how we're able to capture sinistea so well with just foam and some marshmallows.

Uhh well I'm a human myself so I haven't exactly thought about it, but I guess our ability to live harmoniously with pokemon? There are a lot of dangerous pokemon that could easily wreak havoc but we've managed to befriend them! Crazy huh?
