Enter the Parrotfish.

Most parrotfish are born female, with male babies actually being pretty rare. As the females mature, many will change sexes and become male. While we haven’t figured out exactly why they evolved this way, one of the prevailing theories is that female reproduction is easier at a smaller size, and that they can then become male when larger so as to protect territory and continue reproducing with the next round of females. And not only is this insanely cool, these bad boys will also dramatically change colors too.

Actually, you do.

What you see right there is essentially a female rooster. While it is extremely rare, some hens have been known to grow a comb and wattle and even start crowing and leading their nests, all while still producing eggs. Female reproductive system, male everything else.

”alright, alright, fine. But what about those people who CLAIM to be ASEXUAL? How can that be NATURAL? How would a species like that not go extinct?”

Actually, I do have an answer for this one.

First off, a few asexual individuals in a large amount of sexual people are not going to tank an entire species, it’s not that big of a deal. Secondly, there are some species, such as the Komodo dragon shown above, that have been known to (rarely) reproduce entirely asexually. Through a process called parthenogenesis, meaning ‘virgin birth’ offspring can develop from unfertilized eggs. It’s extremely rare, but not unheard of. (And yes im aware humans cant do this, but the point is to show that there is asexuality present in other species. Also, refer back to point one.)

To summarize, there are so many cases of LGBTQIA+ animals, all over the animal kingdom. It’s not just humans and it is and has always been entirely natural. There are so many more cases that i havnt mentioned here, such as polyamorous lemurs and intersex butterflies, but feel free to look those up, its really really cool.

Educate yourselves before you make your arguments, people. Hope i could help you learn something.
