ooof 😅 lately i have a problem with flirting 10k words a chapter.

beholden to no gods was meant to be 20k… but writing max chasing down charles is way too fun, so i either need to take an axe to what i’ve written or add a third chapter. we’ll see.

roar of the fire is probably going to be +50k with the way i’ve been going 🫣 i can’t believe i ever thought i could tell this story in a one-shot lol
