LittleInsignificant is my DeviantArt user. This is Cady Cothan, as evident in the picture. She is a character I designed for a RWBY team I put together, which I still haven't designed all of the members yet. She is based off of the cotton candy treat and uses a large drill-sniper weapon, cause a drill is the closest weapon to resemble the cotton candy cone >:D
