he has been thinking about promise rings for the longest time! he was so happy when you talked to him about them, and the rich boy buys you the most gorgeous ring, with your favourite gemstone/birthstone in the middle circled with a ring of diamonds... he really went over the top, and he justified this by saying "a little luxury once in a while does no harm... you did fall in love with a rich man, babe"

just like heeseung, he never really thought about promise rings until it came up on social media. the loverboy instantly thought it was such a cute idea, and on one of your many dates, he surprises you with your promise ring. it was one of the most beautiful things you've ever seen, with gold "strings" all braided together into one ring, you hugged him, and you both were so happy.

you were the one to bring up promise rings to niki. at first, he didn't really see the appeal of having promise rings, as he believed that you being next to him everyday was enough. secretly, he decided to buy promise rings behind your back, knowing how much you want them. he knows you barely ever ask him for things, when you do, you REALLY want it. he spent hours and hours searching for THE ring for you. though he didn't show his affection for you through gifts, there were some occasional gifts exchanged. on a cold winter day, the two of you were sitting on the couch, when he suddenly pulled out a ring and slid it onto your ring finger. "here. your promise ring."

he makes everything fun ; even going to the groceries!! he sees you eyeing a bag of your favourite cookies, and he offers to buy them for you, knowing how much you love your cookies. he's so kind. when you guys were getting food from an empty aisle, he impresses you with his dance moves. you felt like you fell in love with him all over again.
