Before you freak out one random day that you put on weight overnight, that your face seems puffy, etc- please do a lymphatic massage! A lot of times it’s just stagnant water weight. I do a lymphatic drainage massage for my face once a week and each time people tell me I look like suddenly I’ve lost weight
