I've lost 47lbs since mid September ( and still counting honestly)..... No diet, no exercise....just purely being ill. It hasn't been fun. While I wanted to lose weight, I didn't want to lose muscle or be this skinny. At 123lbs and still losing I'm very boney....this isn't healthy. Losing weight hasn't helped my chronic illnesses. I'm still just as ill now as I was 47lbs ago. I have an appt w/ my primary care Dr. to discuss my continued unexplained weight-loss, finding a new cardiologist and other related things very soon. At this point we are just worried that if I lose too much more weight I'll end up with a feeding tube (this is a very real possibility) I never thought that would be a possibility, but I'm only about 14lbs from being underweight. Things I've accomplished today: - Got dressed - Washed my face - Made and drank coffee - Fixed my hair - Brushed my teeth - Put on makeup - Fed Drake When you are chronically ill some days just getting out of bed is a struggle. For me today was one of those days. I went to bed at 4:30am because I couldn't sleep (due to pain) and was up at 8am with a migraine. I kinda feel jittery/high from the lack of sleep and caffeine, but it's helping the migraine lol. I'm pushing thru and trying to stay up so hopefully I can sleep tonight. This entire week I've been ridiculously narcoleptic and unable to do anything more than sleep....with the exception of last night of course because of pain. So here's to a decent Saturday...where I stay semi conscious.
