⤷ “y/n’s with me!” he says as he jumps on the queen size bed, the sheets wrinkling as chris holds onto your wrists to stabilize himself. you were staying at a hotel for literally one day but chris refused to let you sleep anywhere else. a huge smile takes over his face when he hears you mutter an agreement.

𝐛sf!𝐜hris who… is crazily clingy, always having his body pressed against yours whenever he can.

⤷ “chris get off her, she literally can’t breath!” matt says as he watches chris climb on-top of you, his eyes needy as he places your hand in his hair. “shut up, she’s fine,” chris mutters as he clings closer to you. even with a whole loveseat next to you, he chooses the comfier option right under him.

𝐛sf!𝐜hris who… gets jealous when he watches how guys hit on you at a party- and makes it very obvious.

⤷ “chris what’s up with you?” you ask as he sits there, jaw clenched. you follow his gaze to the guy who previously asked for your number. “the fuck was that about? you give him your number?” chris asks. watching how you nod slowly, he lets out a pathetic scoff as he bites down on his lip.

𝐛sf!𝐜hris who… comes into your house uninvited.

⤷ when you come home from a long day at work, you notice chris sitting at your kitchen table with a pepsi can and a large bag of chips. “uhh.. hey?” you look at him as he waves— “your mom let me in and gave me some stuff to eat!”

⤷ chris’s’ jaw drops as he watches you walk down the stairs. you and his brothers were going on a random dinner and all you did was throw of a pair of baggy jeans and a hoodie that chris got you last week at the mall. “you look so good,” he smirks at you while grabbing onto your hand. a faint pink color spreads on your cheeks while taking his hand. “blush is all for me isn’t it?” chris says in a teasing tone which causes you to smack his chest softly.

But Nick wasn’t blind—he saw the way Chris softened around you, the way your laugh lingered just a little longer when he was nearby. To you, it was all just coincidence. Nick had been watching the two of you for weeks. Chris would roll his eyes every time you teased him, but not before the corner of his mouth twitched in a barely-there smile. And you? You’d blush whenever Chris called you “doll,” pretending it didn’t affect you while fumbling with whatever was in your hands. Nick wasn’t stupid—he’d seen this dance before.

“You’re telling me it’s not weird that you both showed up back here at the exact same time? Again?” Nick asked, leaning back on the couch with an exaggerated look of disbelief.

You frowned, clutching the takeout bag tighter in your hands. “It’s not like we planned it. I was just hungry.”

“And I was just dropping something off,” Chris added, crossing his arms defensively. His tone was clipped, but his eyes flicked to you for a second too long.

Nick smirked. “Riiight. Just a coincidence, huh?” He dragged the word out, looking between you like he was solving the world’s greatest mystery. “Funny how these ‘coincidences’ keep happening.”

“Drop it, Nick,” Chris muttered, walking past him to grab a pepsi from the fridge, typical of him to.

But Nick wasn’t one to drop anything. “Oh, come on. You’re telling me there’s nothing going on between you two? Nothing at all?” He pointed at you, then at Chris, like he was physically connecting the dots.

“There’s nothing,” you said quickly, your cheeks heating up. “We’re just… friends.”

“Sure. Friends who just so happen to act like they’re in a rom-com every time they’re in the same room,” Nick shot back, grinning.

Chris returned from the fridge, opening his soda and glaring at Nick. “You’re imagining things.”

Nick raised an eyebrow. “Am I?”

The silence that followed was deafening. Chris shifted on his feet, taking a long sip of his drink while you pretended to examine the takeout bag like it was suddenly the most fascinating thing in the world.

“Okay, fine,” Nick said, standing up and throwing his hands in the air. “If you guys want to keep playing this game, go ahead. But don’t think I’m not watching. Coincidences my ass.” He walked out of the room, leaving you and Chris alone in the awkward quiet.

After a moment, Chris cleared his throat. “He’s… annoying.”

You nodded, staring at the floor. “not..—all the time.”

But when your eyes met, the heat in your cheeks only grew. For a split second, it felt like Nick might’ve been onto something after all.

you’re spending your first christmas with matt and he decides to gift you something you two have always wanted!!

“okay keep your eyes closed sweetheart, ‘kay?” matt says while leading you through the quiet apartment. this year was your first christmas together, you two had moved into together a little over 8 months ago and it was the best decision you could’ve made. “matt i swear if i fall or get bumped into a wall its gonna be ugly.” you giggled, obviously not serious.

“yeah yeah baby, just follow my lead, slowly..” you can hear the grin in his voice but decide to ignore it. “are we almost there?? i wanna see my gift already” you complain, trying to sneak a peak by opening your eyes the slightest. “ah ah ah, you better keep your those closed, you’ll ruin the surprise.” just as he said that your now seated on the big couch, sensing the soft pillows laying against it you begin to get comfortable.

“now can i?? ughhh” you groan, now with your hands over your eyes. you hear matt laugh at your neediness, that was until you heard some shuffling. “give me a second, so needy are ya?” he rolls his eyes and prays that the kitty in his arms stays silent.

“okay now be careful, it could be anything you know.” he warns, your face scrunches as you mentally prepare yourself for this gift, he walks over to you and starts to place the kitty in your arms. “matt you’re scaring me..” before you could feel the soft fur he lifts back up the cat and tries to reassure you. “sweetheart don’t be scared, i promise i would never give you something dangerous. now hands out please?”

you reach out your hands and smile at his caring words, the way his voice always put you at ease immediately always warmed your heart. your thoughts are interrupted by the soft meows and soft fur against your fingers, you immediately open your eyes and freeze in shock. “matt, matt, matt. no you fucking didn’t.” your eyes now wide as ever as you cradle the baby kitten in your warm sweater, your eyes start to tear up anf you look up at your boyfriend who now has a sweet smile across his face.

“merry christmas sweet girl” you stand up and he takes you in his arms, now giggling as he wipes away the happy tears that fall down your cheeks. “y-you’re crying baby?” he laughs “well yeah! l-look at him matt! hes so adorable oh my god thank you.” you laugh as more tears fall down. “you deserve everything and anything ever, i live to see m’girl happy.” he says while kissing your forehead.
