Who's your Lord?

SINONG NASUSUNOD SA BUHAY MO? Technically, TAYO. Mayroon tayong 'Free Will' kung tawagin, at dahil doon ay malaya nating nagagawa kung anong nais natin. But when we decided to follow Jesus Christ and accept Him as Lord and Savior of our lives, the things that we used to do will be changed. T'will never be the same again. At isa na doon ang pagiging PANGINOON NIYA SA BUHAY NATIN. Kapag hindi ganap ang Lordship ni Kristo sa buhay natin, hindi rin mararanasan ang fullest blessing that is instore for us. Of course, DECISION in the Lordship of Christ is vital together with RECOMMITTMENT OF LIFE everyday. ☺ May mga areas ba sa buhay mo na madalas ikaw ang nasusunod at hindi Siya? I-surrender na 'yan at mag-submit sa Kanya. Mahirap? NOPE. Mahirap. Na. Mahirap. Pero subok na 'to. Let God be in control of your life. :)

You Disciple?

Do you consider yourself a TRUE DISCIPLE OF GOD? So ito naman ngayon ang topic namin for tonight and I'm grateful dahil nalaman ko at na-evaluate ko ang sarili ko kung disciple na ba talaga ako. Aaminin ko po, on the way na ko doon. I fail sometimes, but because of God's grace, I carry on. 😂 So yeah! Lemme share you the 11 biblical profile of true disciple (though some of its profile have no supportive verse, forgive me haha) A disciple is... -a learner (Proverbs 8:9-10) •naman! He/she should be open and teachable -puts Christ in all aspects of his life (Matthew 6:33) •Him being the utmost priority -committed to live a life of purity. He's taking step to separate from sin •I believe, almost all of disciples are having a hard time doing this (even me) but remember that God's grace is sufficient for our weaknesses. -has a daily devotional time and is developing in his prayer life •making these things a lifestyle so that we can grow spiritually -demonstrates faithfulness and desire to learn the word of God •not just listening or reading His word but also doing it-- walk the talk, practice what you preach -has heart for witnessing (Matthew 28:19-20) •it is God's design for us, His Great Commission to disciples -attends church regularly to worship God (Hebrews 10:25) •self-explanatory, I think. Hehe Ofc, we cannot meet our spiritual needs if we do it alone. We won't grow spiritually when we do things on our own. -fellowship regularly with the believers--displaying love and unity •learning to admonish one another ☺ -demonstrates a servant heart by helping others in practical ways •servanthood, learn from Christ's example -regularly give and honor God with his finances •He loves a cheerful giver, plus it can be used in Kingdom expansion -demonstrates the fruits of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22) •good characters can be seen in the life of the disciple So yes, honestly, hindi ko pa naa-attain ang mga ito. Certainly.. but I believe, the Lord is changing me from the inside out. He is faithful and just like what Paul said in Philippians 4:13, 'I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!' Nothing is too hard for Him. Nothing is impossible. :)

Love. . .

Matthew 22:37-40 CEVUS06 Jesus answered: Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and mind. This is the first and most important commandment. The second most important commandment is like this one. And it is, “Love others as much as you love yourself.” All the Law of Moses and the Books of the Prophets are based on these two commandments. You can't say that you love God if you when you don't care about the feelings of others. We ought to love also those who surround us. We are called to love.

Kailangan magpasakop sa in-ordain ng Diyos + kailangan magkaroon ng disiplina sa pangangatawan + magagawa ko ito through Christ.. So yeah! 21 days fasting and prayer accepted! :)

What ifs of my life.

What if I did not do my past mistakes? What if I focused on my studies? What if I obeyed my parents 101%? Maybe, I will be like others... having a deep and serious relationship with Him. I am aware that I'm no perfect. I fail a lot. I have hurt lots of people. I made some people disappointed, miserable. I left. But then, I have realized that despite all of that. Despite all my failures, my weaknesses... Despite every flaws I have, JESUS never left me. I've seen more than enough of this world. . .but His love for me still remains. Yes, maybe I become a broke lady, I'm frail, I'm fragile, I'm shattered... but He completed me. He put me back into pieces. He fixed me. THANK YOU isn't enough. I can't promise that I'll be perfect... I'll just do things that would glorify Him. For my life is for Him. A L O N E.
