Here's the short comic about young Elion I promised, hope you enjoy it!!

In Tolkien's work, elves can die from roughly two things: of being murdered, or of having a broken heart. The second thing is what's happening to Thraniavas. I always pictured dying of a broken heart as something really slow, as if the elves who suffer from it would slowly start to forget everything they loved day by day, until they are left empty and they simply fade away. The untimely demise of his wife, Elion's mother, was the last straw that was left before his heart shattered into pieces, as he carried on his shoulders the loss of his father Oropher, and an endless count of his friends and people in the War of the Last Alliance.

Thraniavas' condition is also what lead Elion to having an interest for art. He always documented his adventures in drawings so he could show his father when he was back home. It's something he did all his life and never stopped doing.

My favorite thing about being dead is when living people I talk to ask me about important historical events I wasn’t alive to witness. I’m old but I’m not “fact check everything in Hamilton old” lol.
