Round Robin Chapter 2
Krista Rodriguez glanced at the speaker in front of her. This was her chance to get back into good graces with her family and the press. For three years she had been dealing with a PR nightmare that began when her older brother Damien Rodriguez stayed in Mexico and sent her to America. Everyone was wondering what that would mean for her family once news got around. As the only member of the family who knew where he was she was assigned to bring him back to her family who at the moment were in Spain. With the tensions rising between surrounding countries her feelings began to shift and so her grandmother sent her here. Bringing her attention back to the situation at hand she tuned in to hear them all being dismissed.
“Miss. Rodriguez, I’m Natalia Karanova. I've been assigned as your personal assistant and bodyguard while you are here.” The young woman greeted.
“My grandmother mentioned you briefly. As long as you are loyal to me and me only we won't have any problems.” Krista replied, “ Now we need to get some rest and I have to call Andrei. He's already here.”
“Your fiance right?” Natalia asked,
“Yes Natalia, my fiance. You did your homework right? Now I’m going to talk with the love of my life so we can figure out how to solve the mess of PR that my brother made, and you are going to learn everything you can about the shady dealings my family has been doing behind my back.”
Natalia nodded and left the room while Krista got Andrei on the phone.
“Hola Mi Amor, how are you holding up so far?”
“I’m good I guess. I don’t know- I just thought that things would have been better by now. Damien is still in Mexico building the case against our parents. Andrei if we can't get my younger siblings out of that house soon they're going to be hurt worse than I ever was.” Krista finally let her deepest fear be spoken.
“We will get them out, you have to believe it.” Andrei reassured, “Speaking of you, where are you?” Andrei asked,
“I’m in the Alpha 3 conference room that is connected to my apartment in the building. What do you think about this whole PR thing?” Krista answered, three seconds later Andrei hung up and Krista heard a knock at the door. She opened it to the tall form of Andrei looking back at her.
“Next time let me know where you are at the beginning so we can have our conversations face to face.” He glanced at her outfit taking in her slightly disheveled appearance. Her hair looked as if she had been running her hand through it all evening long, and her eyes were still glistening from crying. “When was it Krista Elaine?” Andrei asked, referencing the panic attack he knew she had from the way her breathing was still ragged.
“It was right before I called you. I was stressed out from the meeting and all the other stuff.” Krista replied, staring at the ground. Andrei ever so gently lifted her chin to look at him.
“Ele It’s ok I’m not your parents and I’m not mad at you. You’ve had a lot going on and I just want to make sure you're ok. Now I’m going to suggest that we take our official records to Beaumont tomorrow to let him know that we're already married, so that he doesn't have to send his dogs out to find that information. We don’t need him getting the wrong idea.”
Krista nodded and they both returned to their own rooms for bed.

"Hello There,"
Hello again sorry for going really silent for awhile I've had a lot going on. I kinda lost my muse for awhile, but it's sort of back, so I am probably going to join flufftober just because it's fun. Yes it will be another Cerulean and end up as the third in the series even though I started a third one that really isn't going anywhere.

Til Death Do Us Part Day 30
The day had finally arrived for Damian and Christina to get married. The Gala the week before had helped them plan for the mission and the wedding at the same time. They had decided to get married in Florida, and had all flown down the day after the Gala. Anakin and Padmé were there, along with the twins, Obi-Wan, and Satine. Christina was getting ready with the girls while Damian and the boys got ready. Christina had chosen Natasha to be her maid of honor. Natasha had always been close to her, and understood her in a way none of the others did. Amethyst, Morgan, and little Leia were going to be the flower girls. Luke was going to be the ring bearer. Leia, Piper, Phoenix, Carol, Wanda, MJ, and Padmé were her bridesmaids. Her mom also had a special part in the ceremony. Anakin was going to officiate the ceremony. Her Dad was excited for her but also a bit emotional as well. Damian picked Peter as his Best Man. Atlas, Aslan, Rhodey, Thor, Vision, Bruce, Anakin, Bucky, and Steve were his groomsmen. Once Christina was ready, the ceremony began. The little girls walked out across the beach first spreading little blue and green roses along the path. Then Luke walked out after them. Each pair of bridesmaids and groomsmen walked out, and stood on each side of Damian and Obi-Wan. Lastly, Natasha walked out with Christina and Tony behind her. Once Natasha got all the way down the aisle, Damian was able to see Christina. She was wearing an empire cut, off the shoulder wedding dress, with a silver and emerald Asgardian tiara and veil. She was beautiful.
When Anakin said, "Who gives this woman to be married?"
Tony replied with"Me and Pepper, as well as her brother Peter, do." Anakin nodded, and Christina stood in front of Damian after she handed her Bouquet to Natasha.
"I'm pretty sure you all know why we're gathered here, so we're just going to get started. Damian, do you have your vows?" Anakin asked.
"Yes, I have them." Damian replied.
"That's good, do you already know what to say, or do I have to do the whole ‘repeat after me’ speech?" Anakin asked again.
"No, I think we've got it, so I'm just going to start." Damian paused, and then began again. "Christina, when we were younger I had no idea how our lives were going to turn out. As we got older and discovered our bond, I realized that it didn't matter as long as you were with me. Now, we're standing here getting married for real, and it is such an amazing thing to me. I promise to protect you and let you protect me. I promise to love you and only you for the rest of my life. I promise to stay with you and help you with whatever you need. I promise to be there for you when you need me, and I promise to be myself and hold no important secrets from you. Till death do us part." Christina looked at him and smiled.
"Damian, before you came into my life I was terrified. You rescued my heart from more pain and hurt. Even though I still felt it, you would do the best you could to protect me. I promise to love you, and help you when you need it. I promise to be there for you always. I promise to be who I am, and to be honest with you at all times. I promise to love you and only you for the rest of my life. Till death do us part." Christina vowed.
Luke gave Anakin the rings. Damian took Christina's, and Christina grabbed Damian's.
"Damian, place the ring on her finger and say the words that go with it," Anakin said.
"Christina, with this ring, I make my commitment to you until death parts us." Damian said, placing the ring on her finger.
"Damian, with this ring, I make my commitment to you until death parts us." Christina said, smiling at him.
"With the power invested in me by the United States and the Star Wars Galaxy I now pronounce you husband and wife. Damian, you may kiss your bride." Anakin said, finishing the ceremony. Damian did as he said, and kissed Christina. They were finally married in the eyes of their family, and nothing could ever break them apart.

Cast Away Day 29
Damian was thinking again. He had just gone to interrogate his mom again. He realized that it wasn't just her giving him up. She had cast him away, and never looked back. He felt like he was set adrift for the first four years he was there. He had fought so hard to make her proud, but she had cast him to the side. He had wondered what he had done, but now he realized it wasn't his fault. He wondered how Amethyst felt. He wanted to help her, and teach her how to move on. It pained him that she had been hurt by their mother as well. He was hoping that she didn't feel like a castaway. He didn't quite know how to help her, but he was sure going to do his best. With those thoughts in mind he got up, and started walking to the training room. He had a training session with Uncle Thor, and Aunt Carol was already there training Amethyst. He looked across the room at his little sister and realized that while he may have been cast away he was home now, and he was going to do everything in his power to show her that she was safe.

Loss of Control Day 28
Christina POV
They had found a galaxy of new planets that looked strangely similar to the Star Wars universe. We were going to check it out. I already knew I had the Force, so it wasn't that strange. I was excited to finally meet the other Jedi. I had already met Anakin and Obi-Wan, they crashed here six years ago, and have been in contact ever since. They gave us our Star Wars nicknames, and Anakin has taken to calling Damian “Mini Me” as well. I walked out of the room to call them.
"Hey Anakin, the others have discovered your neck of the galaxy, and I'm not sure what to do." I said panicking.
"It's alright Chrissy, can you get Mini Me on the call with you?" He said, calming me enough to think.
"Dami, can you come here?" I said across our bond. He walked in a few seconds later.
"As you guys already know, my evil clone and his evil master are ruling our galaxy at the moment. What you didn't know, and neither did we, is that he doesn't know about the Milky Way. If you guys take your own ship you will be spotted, and I just can't have that, so I'm coming to you. Chrissy, you, Mini Me, Mini Master, and Big Leia are going to have to meet the Council. They might not be too happy that Ahsoka, Obi-Wan, and I have been training you, so be prepared. I love you all, my little siblings." Anakin said.
"We love you, big brother. When are you getting here?" I asked him.
"I can be there in time for the next Gala. We were planning on attending anyway. The twins are only three, so they can hang with Morgan while we do big kid stuff. Does that sound good to you?" He answered.
"Yeah, see you Thursday. We can't wear our Jedi robes, you're going to need a suit, sorry." I said and laughed when he frowned.
"Really, you're killin' me, smalls." He said. We hung up and walked back into the briefing room.
"Guys, this is a problem. We can't go there until Anakin gets here, so hold off on planning this until after the Gala." I said, stepping into the leader position. They agreed, and the meeting was called to a close. We went upstairs to the Penthouse for breakfast. After that, I had a meeting with the PR department, and we discussed the massive media storm that would occur if Damian and I went public with our Soulmate bond. At this point, Damian and I didn't care, and we were going public anyway. We set up a press conference for tomorrow, which was Saturday. Then I left to go do paperwork and work in the lab with Leia. Then we went upstairs for lunch and Damian joined us multiple times during the day. Damian and I sparred and trained after lunch with our elemental and force powers. The rest of the day flew by and we all went on patrol. I went to bed when we got back, and soon enough, it was Saturday. I got up at six and started getting ready for the press conference, which was at eight. I put on an emerald green, knee-length dress with quarter-inch sleeves, a black blazer, and a necklace that Damian gave me. I didn't cover the soulmark on the inside of my wrist because I didn't need to anymore. I was ready at seven except for make-up. Damian and I ate, and then went to the conference room.
"We have called you all here today to announce that, when Damian and I were fourteen, we discovered our soul bond. That means we are romantic soulmates. We are planning on getting married at nineteen and twenty respectively. We will not be taking questions at this time, have a good day." I said, and we left. Sure enough, the internet went crazy. Mom took Leia, Kari, who everyone else calls MJ; and I to the store to find our dresses. I found one that I loved. It had one long sleeve, it was dark emerald this time, and it matched my ring. I went home after that, and started planning for Anakin's arrival. We went to church Sunday morning, and then we had a lazy day at home. I called Anakin and we talked for a while. The Star Wars movies are inaccurate to the real galaxy of Star Wars. Anakin as you know never turned and he is twenty-two. Palpatine cloned Anakin, and his evil clone is Darth Vader. The clone wars only lasted a year. Ashoka is My age. Padmé is the same age as Anakin, and Obi-Wan married Satine. Palpatine never activated order sixty six because it doesn't actually exist. After I talked to Anakin we had supper and went to bed. Also apparently I own a ship now. It's a Nabooian cruiser, and it's called the 'Cerulean Shadow' Anakin named it after mine and Damian's superhero aliases. Monday went by slowly. First I had a meeting with the Department Heads again. They always seem to want to irritate me. Damian, Peter, and I sat through a lecture on public decorum and not being so blunt. Honestly I think being blunt can be a good thing when used correctly. Then I had to do paperwork, and set up a meeting with Shield. Because, apparently Nicholas Fury decided he wanted to speak with me. It's ironic how much he looks like Mace Windu. Anyways it was slow. I went on Patrol and swung through the city. Stopped a few muggers and robbers. Then I had to stop Doc Oc again because somehow he escaped. The rest of the week was normal, if you call being a CEO at eighteen normal. Thursday has finally arrived. I woke up, had breakfast with my family, and then did work stuff till twelve. Then mom had me, Kari, and Leia ushered off to hair and makeup with her team. We got done with hair and makeup around two. Then we were told not to mess it up by the makeup artist. We then waited for the final adjustments to be made to the dresses. After they were done we got dressed. I went out to Damian at five, and then we went to the door of the room the Gala was in. The door opened and the announcer said.
"Miss. Christina Stark and her soulmate Mr. Damian Obadia." We continued walking into the room and found Anakin and Padmé. They were standing with Obi-Wan and Satine. They were announced as Hayden Christensen and Natalie Portman. The world doesn't know the difference.
"Oh look, the mini Skywalker's are here." Obi-Wan joked.
"Yeah we are, how are you guys? We announced that we are soulmates, and people are going crazy over it." I said.
"We're pretty good except for you know. We got the Rebellion to understand what is going on." Obi-Wan replied.
"So Anakin, how are the twins? I know they're with Morgan right now." Damian asked
"They're pretty good. You two do realize that you just practically announced that you're engaged right." Anakin said,
"We are though we've been engaged for a year now" Damian replied.
"That's not what I meant, you are so much like me sometimes. I mean to the other people on your planet. They know now, you basically told them. Also I'm pretty sure you're already married legally, as you so eloquently put it." Anakin said. How did he know? 'sis it's the force remember.' Anakin said through our bond.
"Ok well we will see you in a little while but first. Christina, may I have this dance?" Damian asked.
"Of course you may Damian." I replied. We danced and talked for a while, and then we went back up to the penthouse. It was fine, but I couldn't help feeling out of control.

Trauma Day 27
Damian was on call again. Once he got home from running the program for the college, he'd be in the ER at Stark Industries, working as their trauma specialist. After they had graduated all over again, the school wanted them to set up a training program for med students who were already enrolled in a college. The program trained them to assess a trauma and give a diagnosis since he already had a degree, Damian was asked to train them and oversee their practice. Stark Industries was also a certified hospital. Damian had started the hospital branch for underprivileged families who couldn't afford to pay for a hospital visit. They were very good at their jobs, and the hospital was a major success. The downside was that Damian couldn't be down there all the time, and he was one of the most efficient doctors on staff. Christina was not a trauma specialist; she preferred working with children, and became a pediatric doctor instead. Stark Industries with her and the other three as the CEO'S was thriving. The trauma ward was bustling with activity when Damian arrived. He went to his locker and changed into his scrubs. About thirty minutes into his shift his pager went off. Code Blue Trauma One, it read. Damian ran to Trauma One and started CPR. Once the patient's heart rate was back to normal, the staff started to calm down. Even with the codes, there was a possibility that a doctor or nurse could panic when there was a situation like a Code Blue. A Code Blue generally meant that a patient was in cardiac arrest. The doctors and nurses in the vicinity were to respond immediately. Once the patient's heart rate became normal again, they would find out what caused it, and figure out how to fix the problem. The rest of the day went well, and Damian finished his shift with a peaceful mind.

Storm day 26
A few days after graduation they got a giant storm. They were all just sitting in the common room planning Damian and Christina's real wedding when it started to rain. They thought nothing of it at first, but then it started raining harder. Thunder began clapping and lightning started flashing. The winds started blowing and rattled the windows. Amethyst, who had never experienced a storm like that, crawled up in Damian's lap. The only thing they could do was wait it out. They had the backup generator on so if the power went out it would automatically kick in. Plus Damian could always zap it back anyway, so they weren't particularly worried about it. Christina was immune to Damian's lighting which was an effect of their bond. They kept planning not worrying about the storm outside, and paying attention to Amethyst. They decided to distract her and so they started playing a game. They got the candles out, and turned off the lights. The candles cast a gentle golden hue onto everything and it was beautiful. They also had kerosene lanterns which were lit and glowing brightly. It helped distract everyone from the storm, and made them all feel safe and secure. It had been a while since they last used them, and the atmosphere brought a sense of peace like no other. They continued their planning, and switched to playing Clue. Everyone fell asleep in the living room. After a while Pepper blew out the candles and turned off the lanterns. Blanketing the room in darkness.

Nothing Lasts Forever Day 25
The day of their graduation had finally arrived. Everyone was in the Auditorium. Peter was valedictorian, they had all tied but Christina decided that Peter should get it. Mainly because she and Damian were speaking in uniform already. So Peter and MJ decided to tag team the speech.
"Hello there, My name is Peter Stark. You all know me as Peter Parker. My sister and I transferred here with my girlfriend and her boyfriend. At first it was to make sure our younger sister stopped getting bullied. Then it changed to us finishing out the year here. I am happy with my decision because even through the struggles the teachers here sought to give their students the best education possible." The room applauded. Then Christina and Damian stood and walked up to the front of the room.
"Good afternoon everyone. My name is Captain Christina Stark. Peter is my brother. I also graduated here today. I come to you not only as a student but as a Captain in the US Army. You may be wondering how someone so young could be a Captain. It's actually simple. When I was a year old I was kidnapped by Hydra. The US Army rescued me and my soulmate Commander Damian Obadia when we were eleven. They trained us with them and we rose in rank. When we were promoted the President asked us to create our own division. Six students here are members of our division. While several others are enlisted in the Army, and shipping out to the Army base today. These students are more than soldiers, they are family. The school reached out to us in April and asked us to put a video together to honor the US Army, and the students who are leaving. We hope that you learn more, and that our fellow soldiers are honored through this." Christina spoke, once the applause winded down Damian stepped up to the microphone.
"Hello my name is Commander Damian Obadia. This video we put together is very close to our hearts. We hope that you learn through us what the army is really like. About the brother and sisterhood that it is. Without these men and women I don't know where I would be. They rescued me and taught me how to live. The last person that I need to say something about is my beautiful, amazing, soulmate. She has been my safe place in all of this since the very beginning. She helped me get emancipated from my mom. Without her I probably wouldn't be here right now. Yes we've already graduated before going to Midtown for school, but going here has been a good experience aside from some bullying. The last thing I need to say before the video starts is, nothing lasts forever. The one thing that I learned here is that everything has a time, but someday it will be gone. Some of the time though it's a good thing. I don't think anyone would want to stay in school forever. " After Damian finished speaking the video started to play. After the video was finished they got their new diplomas. They finally were done with public school.

Inner Demons Day 24
Amethyst was struggling. She wanted to trust that her brother loved her, and would never give her back to her captors. She was trying to learn how to trust others. She wasn't sure when she would be able to fully trust someone other than Damian. She was trying to do her best in school, and it was paying off. She had hundreds in every class she was in. That still didn't settle the unrest in her heart. She was still a young child, and all of the new things were a bit much for her. While learning at a public school, the environment was daunting at times. There were so many new faces and people. Not to mention all the voices and loudness of her classmates. Most of them had no idea how to shield their force presence, which made all their thoughts very loud and at times painful to hear. The internal struggle she was facing made it hard to think. Because Amethyst was so young, her mind couldn't process all the new sights, sounds, and feel of everything around her. That being said her brain was working as fast as it could and it became too much. She was in class trying to pay attention amidst all the people talking throughout the school. She had super hearing and it really had its downsides. She could hear everything in the school and it put her senses on hyperdrive. She got up to hand her paper to her aunt and the room started to spin. Christina saw her lose her balance and caught her just before she fell. Amethyst was freaking out on the inside because she didn't know what was wrong. Christina picked her up and handed her to Damian. He brought her to Aunt Carol's classroom and into their safetoom. It took a while but soon the inner turmoil settled, calming the physical pain as it went.

No Good Deed Goes Unpunished day 23
Christina was out patrolling later that night, and ended up swinging in the rain. She had stayed out a little longer to rescue a little girl who was trapped in a burning building. She got back to the Tower completely soaked, and she was unable to thermoregulate like most spiders. She was freezing, and her suit wasn't waterproof. She hadn't seen the need to add waterproofing because water was her element. Damian looked at her with a look of pure concern on his face when she got to their bedroom.
"Ari what happened to you?" He asked worriedly.
"I got stuck swinging in the rain because I stopped to rescue a little girl from a burning building, and my suit isn't waterproof. We also can't thermoregulate and I'm freezing." She said, trying not to stutter and succeeding.
"Oh Ari, come here, let's get you warmed up." Damian replied, pressing the spider on her chest which retracted the nanites that formed her suit. "Let me get your parents help, and make sure Peter and Leia are okay as well because they just got to the roof." Damian said.
"Yeah, I'm going to take a shower, but hurry up please." Christina replied, Damian nodded, and left the room to go talk to Pepper and Tony. When he found them, they were in the living room.
"Christina's back, but she got caught in the rain and I'm worried because we can't thermoregulate. Peter, MJ, and Leia were on the roof and are heading down now." Damian told them.
"Oh dear, Damian, do you want me to call Dr. Cho, or do you think you'll be okay handling it without other professional back up?" Pepper asked, knowing the struggles of being personally involved in a situation.
"Maybe, I don't know, I'm just worried. I haven't really had to deal with this yet." Damian said, glancing around the room and shifting his weight nervously.
"It's okay, we'll call her. Now come here, and just calm down a little. You can't help her when you're freaking out." Tony said, hugging Damian and calming him down. Once Damian was in a calmer state of mind, he went back to their room. Christina had finished her shower, and was wearing his military hoodie and a pair of army green sweatpants. She looked a little warmer than before, but not by much. They went out to the living room, and found the couch set up with a pile of blankets in which MJ, Peter, Leia, and Amethyst were already snuggled up. Damian led Christina over to them, sat in the armchair, and pulled her into his lap. Then, he settled the blankets around them. The inability to thermoregulate slowly faded from her mind and body, as they sat and watched a movie curled up in blankets. After a while, Christina was warm again.

Shadow of Former Self Day 22
The school had another project for them. It asked them how they had grown over the years. Christina had an idea. She was a shadow of her former self, but it was a good thing. When she was younger, she was a child who didn't know Jesus. She was raised in a vile organization of assassins. And to top it all off, she was born with spider powers which she used for evil. When she got older, she was the opposite. She learned about God, escaped Hydra, and used her powers for good. Any of her assignments that had to do with SI or Hydra were kept classified unless she decided to show them to anyone, so she wasn't worried about that. Graduation was a week away. This was meant to be their last major project of the year. When she got home she decided to do her essay in Calligraphy, so she typed out her rough draft and got to work. By the time she was finished, it was dinnertime. At some point, Damian had walked in, and was watching over her shoulder. He was awestruck by the beauty of her writing. It captured well how far she had come. They turned the essay in and had it graded. She got an A for her writing. Which wasn't surprising, as she wrote things for her business all the time. The shadow of herself was a new one, a brighter one. It had none of the darkness that she had before. She became free from the bondage of her past.

Trust Issues Day 21
Christina was trying to get used to one of her tormentors working with them on the daily. She had some deeply rooted trust issues. When she and Damian had first moved in with her dad and brother it had taken a while for her to trust them. It had taken her even longer for her not to jump every time someone other than Damian hugged her. She still didn't trust people she didn't know. It took her months to trust new people. It was going to take her a long time to trust him. It helped that he tried to avoid her. She still wasn't sure why he was with them, and not in jail where he belonged, in her opinion. Part of the issue was she couldn't just stop remembering what he did to them. She still didn't know he was actually helping them, and she still didn't know that he was never a bad guy. Until she gets told these things she isn't going to be able to start trusting him. Damian was trying to talk to her, but she kept brushing him off. She wasn't emotionally ready to hear and accept these things yet. Damian was waiting for her to be ready to talk about this. That day came two days later, and they sat down in their office to talk.
"Christina, before you say anything, let me explain something. Jericho wasn't an experimenter, he was a licensed doctor. He helped us when we were hurt, but Hydra made us remember him as evil. They wanted us to think that way because he betrayed them. He wasn't going to hurt us. Now I know you can't trust him yet, but can you try to be amiable to him?" Damian asked.
"Now that I know that I think I can try." Christina replied. With that settled she went to go train. She waited for Phoenix and Atlas, so they could do their daily training. Christina learned to trust them, so maybe she could learn to trust Jericho. She decided to give him a general level of respect to start off. She wasn't sure what else she could do, but she would try to trust him.

I Can't Go Back Day 20
Damian was walking down the hall to Reading class when his phone rang.
"Hello, it's Damian Obadia." Damian said as he answered the call.
"Damian, you need to get over here! We have a major surgery that we need more help with, and no one else is experienced enough to help us." Dr. Helen Cho exclaimed with a tone of urgency.
"Oh the joys of being on call. I will be right there." Damian replied, walking to the office. "Principal Morita, I need to go. Dr. Cho needs help, and I'm the only one on call who is experienced enough to do it. " Damian explained quickly. He waited until he saw Principal Morita nod, and then he ran out the door. He quickly texted Christina the details of the situation, and asked her to bring Amethyst home with her. Amethyst had no idea what was going on. She was just doing her work like normal. Everything was fine until the end of the day. Christina went and got her. Amethyst was confused, Damian was the only person who picked her up.
Did he not want her anymore? Was he going to send her back to the dark place? Amethyst wondered. She couldn't go back; if she went back she would get hurt again. She didn't want to go to the mean lady again. Christina could tell something was up with Amethyst the second they got in the car. She jumped at every turn they took. She looked terrified.
"Amethyst, what's wrong?" Christina asked.
"Are you taking me back? I can't go back. Please, don't take me back." Amethyst pleaded, her emerald eyes filling up with tears.
"Amethyst, no one is ever going to send you back there. What gave you that idea?" Christina asked, her concern growing by the second.
"Damian didn't come get me. I don't think he wants me anymore." Amethyst cried.
"Oh, sweetheart, Damian got called to an emergency at Stark Industries and he had to go. He didn't mean to scare you, but he had to go save another person's life. Damian loves you very much, and so do I. We aren't going to leave you." Christina said, parking her car in the garage. "Come on sweetie, let's go see if he finished his work."
"Okay. Are you sure he still wants me?" Amethyst asked, still not quite believing her.
"Yes, I'm very sure." Christina replied. Amethyst grabbed her hand, and walked with her down to the hospital portion of Stark Industries. When they got there they found Damian walking out of the door to the O.R.. From the look he had on, he had just finished the surgery. He hadn't even changed out of his scrubs yet.
"Amethyst, let Damian get washed up, and then we can talk about this, okay?" Christina said, Amethyst nodded, and they sat down to wait. When Damian walked back over to them, he saw that Amethyst was scared and upset.
"Amí, what's wrong?" He asked.
"I thought you didn't want me anymore, and you were gonna send me back. I got scared because I can't go back there." Amethyst said, trying not to cry again.
"Amí I am never ever going to send you back there. I love you and I should have told you I was leaving. Can you forgive me for not telling you?" Damian asked.
"Yes, I forgive you," Amethyst replied, going over and hugging him. With the day's crisis over they all went upstairs, and played Monopoly with their family.

Breaking Down day 19
Phoenix and Christina were training in the gym on Saturday. They were working on their hand to hand combat. Atlas had walked in, and was watching them spar. Damian was already there.
"Look at them go!" Atlas said in wonder. He had no idea they could fight like that.
"You should see what Christina can do with water," Damian replied, while they looked on. The boys had started sparring each other with their lightsabers. Damian's was silver and had a black and gold core. Atlas's was orange with a yellow and orange core. They were all just having fun when Piper froze.
Phoenix was at the Hydra base. Atlas had been hit by her training blade, and was bleeding quite heavily. She was terrified. She ran to Christina, who was like an older sister to her.
"Chrissy, please help him." She cried.
"I will, you need to calm down ok." She replied.
Instead of it going the way Phoenix remembered, Atlas bled out and died. Phoenix in the real world was breaking down. She couldn't move. Atlas walked over to her, and placed his hand over the flame soulmarks on her wrist.
"Phoenix, open your eyes." Atlas called to her.
"Atlas, why did you leave me?" Phoenix asked, still not all there. "Phoenix, I'm right here, and I'm not leaving you." Atlas said, trying to reach her. The seventeen year old was freaking out himself when Damian put his hand on Atlas's shoulder.
"Atlas, you need to focus on your bond. Close your eyes, and visualize it as two strings tying you together," Damian instructed. Atlas did so, and saw their soulbond in the force. "Good, now, walk to her and follow the bond, stay close to it, and whatever you do, don't let go. Now, go get your soulmate."
Atlas walked to where Phoenix was sitting next to his limp body.. He now understood why she was closing in on herself in the real world. He picked her up with one arm and carried her back along their bond, and into the real world again. When Atlas brought her back, she was hysterical for a little while. Then, she realized he wasn't actually dead, and he was perfectly fine. Christina and Damian realized that they had work to do with their Padawans.
