True story, someone ordered one of these COD in my name and I had to explain to the mail carrier that I didn't order it and was being bullied. Proto-cyberbullying, if you will.
I just googled "order COD" because I wondered if you could easily look that up, and you can't. Back in the day, there was sometimes an option to order things via phone and give cash to the mail carrier (cash on delivery) which somehow got back to the seller.
Since I'm here I may as well mention again that @whisperslounge is my '80s blog.
