"Do you?" Chris' eyes lit up, glad that he had changed his mind. "I mean, I know things are going to change, and it's going to be hard and scary. I'm not ready, but I will be if you want to do this together."

“I don’t know Chris…i mean of course i want you to keep it…i just don’t know if i can help you”

"It's not just my child though! Why can't you just tell me what you want? I just want to know what you want, so I can take that into consideration, okay? I don't want to have this child that you have no intention of taking care of."

"It's not my choice Chris! It's your body - i'm not going to tell you what to do!"

"You think I sent my father to tell you?! No! I didn't even mean for him to find out! Look, I'm sorry you had to find out from someone else, but you know I wanted to tell you first. I was just scared of what you might think." Chris sighed, and sat back down on the bed. "Can you just tell me what you're thinking right now, because I don't know whether I'm keeping it or not. I just want us to do this together."

“You obviously don’t want me to help or you would have told me instead of waiting for your father to do it for you!”

"That's it? You're not going to say anything? You're not going to talk to me? Y-You're just going to let me deal with this alone? I'm having your baby, and you don't even give a shit, do you?" He stared at him, standing with his textbook in his hand.

“If that’s it you can go” he said picking up his English book “i have lots of work to do”

Chris laughed a bit, the first time in a long time. "Hey, I saw a few grey hairs, you old man! And I know, and I'm scared for my life to change. I wasn't expecting this, and I'm not ready for this. But I have you and Papa, right? I know I'll have help no matter what I choose."

Louis closed the door and gave Chris a small smile back at him and they both walked to the car and then took off, Louis didn't know what to say again but he knew it had to be something good they were less than five minutes away from the doctors when he finally spoke. "It could be you never know but when you decide it will change your life forever with what choice you want to make and HUnter too but if something happens don't make me feel like a grandpa too soon, I am not that old yet kid."

"I know I did, and I'm sorry. But I was scared. I was so scared, and I didn't want to tell you before I knew for sure. I'm sorry I lied, but that doesn't change the fact that I'm still having your child."

"No.. I think I should. I mean, I'm not 100% sure, but I think the baby would be good for me and Hunter. I mean, I hope so." Chris smiled and walked to the car with his father, scared of what would come with his decision, but excited too.

“Don’t do this to make us happy Chris it isn’t healthy for you, and if you feel like its wrong give it up for adoption and it will be fine just give it a chance to live, lets go do this.” Louis smiled putting on his jacket and getting the keys to the car.

"Wait, Hunter don't do this. Please, just hear me out." Chris begged. He couldn't let Hunter just walk away without talking to him first.

“get out” hunter said his tone dark and cold

Chris looked up at him, tears and regret in his eyes, and said, "I know, I'm sorry. I just, I didn't know if I was for sure and I wasn't going to keep up but my parents found out and I don't know what to do anymore because they want me to keep it. I'm just, I'm so sorry, I just needed to tell you."

Hunter stopped smiling looking at Chris "B-but you promised, you promised me"

Chris smiled weakly again, looking down, feeling horrible that Hunter had trusted him so much and he had broken that. "What if.. Well, what if my dad wasn't lying? What if I did have the gene, and.." Chris couldn't finish the sentence. It hurt too much knowing how hurt Hunter was going to be.

Chris smiled weakly, walking with him up to his room and sitting on his bed. "Really? That's good. I hope my news could make the day even better," Chris said, looking down nervously.

Chris smiled, holding him tight and never wanting to let him go. "I missed you too, my love," he said. He kissed his quickly and looked at him. "Hey, can I... can I come in? I need to talk to you about something really important."

"I am," Chris said, "But I understand why you did it. I'll get it over it."

"I love you too sweetie, so much", he said hugging him tighter. "Yeah, of course I'll drive you but...you're not still mad are you?" he asked hopefully.

Chris got out of his father's car and walked up to Hunter's front door. He had avoided him for long enough, and it was about time they talked, and Chris told him the truth. Regardless of how terrified Chris was, it was what he needed to do. He knocked on the door and waited for an answer.

Chris laughed a little and hugged his father. He loved how much his parents cared for him and always looked out for him. "I love you so much, Papa. Do you think it would be okay if you drove me to Hunter's. I think I need to finally talk to him."

"If he really loves you he won't do that Chris", insisted Harry. "And for god's sake Chris, you should know better than me that we could have a thousand babies and we'd still help you! Sweetie, you're our little boy, we'd do anything for you", Harry said then hugged Chris again.

"I can't have this baby to be a single parent, Papa! I don't want to lose him. He'll take one look at me and run when the baby comes, I know it," Chris cried.  "I can't have you and Daddy help, you guys have your own baby to think about."

Harry held Chris tightly, trying to comfort him as much as he could. "Shh...don't cry baby. I know you're upset but Hunter was probably shocked  and that's why he said he didn't want the baby. I'm sure that once you tell him you're thinking of keeping it he'll be very supportive". Harry hoped what he was saying was true. "Please don't cry Chris. You're not alone ok? You know your dad and I are here for you".
