#ocd is so crazy every week the world is ending and im a terrible person with no future#and you would think that recognizing the pattern would make it easier to ignore it#and yet!#ive called this fandom my exposure therapy before as a joke but it is really funny how “this sounds like a r/dwt post” is mlre effective at#disrupting those thoughts than most techniques i learned in therapy 😭
