;- Crows were as magical as himself. A magical being was a kin to himself and he wished to touch it. His impish personality could sometimes take over; an unmanageable mischief burning within him. He dipped his head to glance around the corner. They hopped and hopped and he pranced toward them kindly.
"Hello, hello." He chimed far too joyously. "Can I touch you?" He was polite and respectful, yet he wasn't against sneaking in a ruffle or two.

;– This was all getting to be too much. He had been running, everything told him to run. He was used to running, hiding-- Life as a thief had made him that way before he became a mage. Now, this entire thing was new to him. The man hadn't seemed in any way antagonistic, yet he had turned and ran, now the man was running after him. Would this end badly?
Briar skidded to a stop, turned on his heels, tensed and began to apologize. "I'm sorry. Sorry. Sorry. I didn't mean to... I didn't--" His shoulders remained high; even as one eye opened to glance at the man now in front of him.

;– Briar was sitting alone, leaning against a tree that was blanketed in moss. It was cool, calming and he was humming. it was an abrupt reaction, immediate almost, and he rose to his feet mindlessly. There was a steady strumming–– The beating of hooves against hard earth. A Horse? A knight, perhaps? Was he going to be in trouble? Once the steed was in sight, Briar felt as if he should turn and run. Find somewhere to take cover. This was a new place, and he was unfamiliar. He wasn't sure how they'd react. Yet, his body wouldn't let him run, so he beckoned-- called out to the rider of the steed.
"Hello!" His voice escaped at a deeper pitch than expected and he doubted the rider heard him.

OOC;- SO I'm working on icons and finding him a proper FC. For now, starters and responses will likely lack an icon.

;– The mage hovered, eyes flickering around him. Everything was so lively, consistent movement, blurs resonating from his peripherals, sound reverberating from throats, establishments, carts. It seemed as if the world was buzzing and he couldn't hear the earth, so he fell silent and concentrated to keep his head from throbbing. "Anywhere. Things just seem to be... buzzing and I am not sure where I am. Corus. You said Corus? Good, I'll remember it."
"Around Corus?" he repeated, a new one around town…Well, this kid’s in for a treat. Corus was busy and filled with sights, "Got anywhere you want to see first or?" he asked. Dom figured if he was going to waste his day wandering aimlessly, he might as well use it to help someone out.

;– Oh, good for him. Briar had found one of the few kind people, probably. He deserved an award, maybe a few beautiful women, a couple of roses, maybe a glass of wine–– He shook his head, light eyes narrowing as he studied the other male. Briar inhaled deeply through his nostrils.
"You see, I'm not from around here..." He hummed as he thought of how to continue his statement. " Can... you maybe show me around?"
Dom was just wandering around, unsure of what to do with his spare time. He’s already slept most of the day away so he wanted to walk around but it was aimless. He paused to look at the small daggers being sold, speaking with the merchant. When he left, someone tapped his shoulder and he turned slightly, someone needed help? "Sure, what can I do for you?"

;– Briar had been roaming, alone yet managing to keep himself amused. A distant man caught his eye, finally letting his gaze settle, and he tugged restlessly at his own sleeve to hide the markings that laced up his arm as he approached. Hesitation took place before the mage reached out to tap the other male's shoulder without an ounce of fear.
"Hello? I was wondering if you'd be willing to... Assist me for a moment."
