We're still alive! I know a lot of us have been busy with real life among other things. I'm planning on getting us a new look and hopefully coming up with some new ideas among other things in the next month or so. Hi I know I've been horrible lately and not online at all and it's all just ugh. A lot has been going on both school and personal-wise. But I'm dropping by to say I'm still here! Is Cato on a hiatus, or is his role going to be opened?

Last time we spoke with Cato's player she was super busy with school. Whether or not the role will be reopened and when, will be discussed at a later time.

I have been really off lately, tired and kinda lethargic and then this weekend I started having a hard time breathing. I went to the doctor today and it turns out I have pneumonia. A pretty bad case but I will be ok. I am now on medication and should be getting stronger but I am going to ask you all to please please please bare with me while I am sick.

Her son was playing with some toy cars, and oblivious to his mother’s worry. It’d been almost a full day since she heard from Finnick, and he’d never do that to her. Not willingly. She had called Peeta again and again, but he hadn’t heard anything either. She could hear that he was worried about Katniss as well, and Annie supposed she was at least a little glad that Finnick wasn’t alone. They had to be lost, they just had to be. Anything else was just her paranoia working at her.

Yet, even as she tried to convince herself that was the case, Annie found herself scared that something had injured one or both of them, or that they’d run off together, or …. Or…

She hadn’t slept well that night.

Annie went to check the window again.

This time there was someone coming up the front driveway, a someone that she knew well. Annie was out the door and wrapping her arms tight around him before the door even hit the wall. She left it swinging on its hinges, and Dorian followed out a little slower. She didn’t care about any of that now though, not when her husband was in her arms, and safe and sound. For a few moments she just clung to him and focused on the feel of him against her.

“Oh, babe, I was so worried. Why didn’t you call? Are you okay? Everything alright with Katniss? Neither of you are hurt, are you? And where’s Fish?” She had a million questions, but she started with these. When she finished, rather than waiting on an answer, she kissed him.

“Yuck,” Dorian told them and Annie broke away from Finnick and smiled at Dorian. He pulled a face on her, but still approached the pair. “You worried mommy,” he told Finnick, a little reproachfully.

That made Annie blink. She hadn’t realized that her anxiety was that apparently, but it seemed that Dorian was becoming a little more intuitive to her moods. She wasn’t sure if that was a good thing or not. Either way, it was something to think about later. Right now was all about Finnick. “Where we were you?”
