Notice of Cancellation

Officially cancelling Class C Heroes. Just can't get motivated to write it any more and developments in the manga have caused a lot of plot point I was gonna use moot.

Might write a different fic after the holidays. Don't know yet. My sincere apologies.

A comprehensive list of every first year Yuuei student and their character stats

(Because I’m bored and have nothing better to do.)

In this list, I’ll take every first year kid and measure their stats out of 36. This number comes from the four main groups for stats (we won’t be including the 5th level, because it’s most of the time some arbitrary skill and it would be unfair to use it to compare the students). Each point is worth 0.5, that’s including a plus or a minus. So:

E- = 0.5

E = 1

E+ = 1.5

D- = 2

D = 2.5

D+ = 3

C- = 3.5

C = 4

C+ = 4.5

B- = 5

B = 5.5

B+ = 6

A- = 6.5

A = 7

A+ = 7.5

S- = 8

S = 8.5

S+ = 9

We’ll measure every class A kid and then find the average score for them, every class B kid and their average, and then Hatsume and Shinsou as well because they’re valid.

So, CLEARLY there’s a bit of a gap here between hero course classes. Monoma and Komori are the only hero course characters with Es in power and speed, even though there are plenty of 1-A kids who’s quirks would technically give them neither of those, like Jirou, Hagakure, Yaoyorozu or Kouda. Also, when finding these stats, a lot of the 1-B characters have lost points between their original debut and their updated character stats (most notably Tetsutetsu, who went from a C to a D in both speed and technique). It’s very clear favouritism that a character like Hagakure, who is literally just a girl who is invisible, is capable of having a C in speed while Monoma still has an E after nearly a year in the Hero course. It’s stated IN THE MANGA that 1-B has progressed past 1-A, yet they’re still apparently significantly behind. It’s bullshit, I’m so mad for them.

But anyway, these are the results. I’m very sorry to say that 1-A outclasses 1-B by an entire 6.175 points. It’s utter bullshit, but that’s how it’s been done. :(

A few weeks ago a 15-year-old called me “Grandma” for being able to remember when the first Twilight film came out, and I still haven’t mentally or emotionally processed this

<p>I apologise for the lack of activity here. Things have been hectic and I haven't been able to do any writing.</p>

<p>First: After 8 months of separation, my brother is going through a divorce. He's been living at home with my parents and I while trying to patch things up with his wife but now is trying to work out a time to find a place of his own that doesn't disrupt his two kids(4 and 2) schedules as badly.</p>

<p>Second: A friend of ours from Bolivia(A former foreign exchange student we hosted over a decade ago) has moved to the States recently but the apartment complex he was staying burned down and all he had left was his wallet and passport on a Visitor's card. Until he can go through the Asylum process he and his girlfriend will be staying with us(whom he regards as his "American Family").</p>

<p>As such really haven't had either time or energy to write and have been focusing my efforts on helping my brothers to the best of my abilities. Money isn't an issue for my family so don't worry about any of that.</p>
