Spring is lambing season (the most adorable of all the seasons, in my opinion). If you don’t live near a farm or have a flock of your own, you can now knit yourself your own little lamb friend for spring! The Uszka Lamb pattern, knit up in fingering weight yarn, can be found on my site and on Ravelry.
Prefer to purchase a finished lamb instead of making one? I’ve got two little lambs for sale up on my site (including the one pictured here) ready to meet you!

I have decided to compromise - I’m finishing the section I was on my for WIP today (so it’ll be easy to pick up again later) and then I’ll start the new one tomorrow!
With the end of the week comes an important decision- do I finish knitting my current WIP? Or do I recklessly cast on a new one?

So I just saw a post by a random personal blog that said “don’t follow me if we never even had a conversation before” and?????? Not to be rude but literally what the fuck??????????
I’ve had people (non-pornbots) try to strike conversation out of nowhere in my DMs recently, and now I’m wondering if they were doing that because they wanted to follow me and thought they needed to interact first. I feel compelled to say, just in case, that it’s totally okay to follow this blog (or my side blog, for that matter) even if we’ve never talked before.
Also, I’m legit confused. Is this how follow culture works right now? It was worded like it’s common sense but is that really a thing?

The St. Lawrence river pushes the boundaries of what a “river” is, which is why French Canadians have their own word for it - “fleuve”. Mornings on the fleuve are a magical experience; the colour of the water as the sun reflects off it, the beauty of the sunrise, and the crisp morning air create an otherworldly experience. The Mornings on the Fleuve socks will keep your feet warm and cozy so you can watch the sun come up in total comfort.
I knit my pair up in Wildewood Fibers MCN DK in the colours Pearlescent and Morning Mist, and they are so soft and comfortable!
A huge thank you to my testers! As always, your help is greatly appreciated in getting this pattern ready.
You can find the pattern live now on Ravelry and my website!
