I haven't really come up with any Sweeney headcanons, although I love to analyze the show. So this will be fun!

For a weird quirk, I think Sweeney may say a few particular words with an Australian accent. He was there for 15 years, so it may have rubbed off on him a bit. (Mrs. Lovett would definitely tease him about it.)

For a friendship headcanon, well, we know that Sweeney's "friends" are his razor and barber's chair! He'll definitely talk to his razors, telling them all his plans. Like yeah, there was the number "My Friends," but I think this is a regular thing for him. He'll even talk to his razors while shaving his clients, which creates a bit of confusion, as they often think he's trying to make small talk with them. Sometimes, he'll get so engrossed in it that he forgets other people can hear him.
