i saw this on reddit and screenshotted it, and i am glad i did because they deleted the post!!!

the OP said they wanted to buy something from peter in january (i'm assuming 2025), but he told them to send the money to somebody else, "a well known TR creator", via paypal friends and family. (i think it is fairly obvious who this creator might be considering their ties to peter and the kickstarter. considering they were in cahoots was this creator aware of the loans being fraudulently acquired?)

if everything was above board why couldn't peter accept the money himself? friends and family is very shady as if you don't receive anything or there's something wrong when it arrives you can't complain to paypal as there is no evidence of a deal taking place. with a goods and services paypal invoice you can add a tracking number which gives proof it's been sent/delivered, but friends and family has no protection should anything go wrong.

and not just sending it with friends + family, but peter asking the OP to send the money TO SOMEBODY ELSE?? because he didn't want it showing up in his own bank account? because the government was investigating his accounts? because he'd already declared his business as insolvent as far back as september 2021? idk if the thing the OP bought was something that was offered with the kickstarter but if it was then that was part of the business - you cannot be trading your business assets if your business doesn't exist any more!!

all of the above would explain why you'd need to keep the money out of your own name and also conceal the fact that money was exchanged for goods by using paypal friends and family!!

the OP says in the comments that they did receive what they purchased, but the way it all occurred is shady 🤔 it sounds shady enough on its own, but with the fraud news it is SUPER shady

Kurtis Trent Spin-off Game Synopsis

We’ve received a number of documents on the abandoned Kurtis Trent spin-off game, a prequel to Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness. These were sent to us anonymously. This particular anonymous contributor has sent a number of screenshots and documents to us in the past and they were eventually verified by members of the Core Design team. As such, we have no doubts about the authenticity of these documents.

Story Synopsis

Kurtis Trent is a man with a troubled past.

A paranormal ability to control the physical world has left him an outcast, misunderstood and friendless in a world that is governed by the laws of science and reason.

Drifting from city to city he is befriended by Professor Edward Francis, an eccentric expert in the field of paranormal and occult sciences.

The professor encourages Kurtis to master his strange and dangerous powers, and during this time the Professor and Kurtis are embroiled in many paranormal adventures.

Heir to a massive fortune, the Professor uses the money to fund his research into the paranormal.

Based at the city’s crumbling mental asylum, the Professor studies and helps patients suffering from severe forms of occult and paranormal conditions.

The Professor is an outcast in the scientific community, referring to demons as, ‘life forms - entities no different to any virus on the planet’.

It is here that Kurtis is summoned one night. The Professor has hit the alarm button and Kurtis rushes to the city asylum.

On entering the building Kurtis instantly sees that something terrible has happened.

The place is a wreck – dead bodies litter the floor and everything not nailed down has been thrown across the room as if a tornado just passed through.

Kurtis runs to the Professor’s laboratory and finds him bruised but otherwise unhurt.
