Frilled Jellyfish Cookie looked a bit surprised, putting a hand to her chest. Though, she smiled quickly.

I think it was rather.. dark? I could hear splashing, as if someone was skipping stones across a lake nearby. I could look around, but.. it wasn’t as if I had a body. She paused, considering.

A few moments before I returned, the splashing stopped, and it was silent. Then, I was near the bottom of the ocean. Though.. I suppose, a jellyfish afterlife is different, considering we have rebirth.

A crow flew above a forest, landing on a branch. It clenched many jewels in its talon, one falling onto the forest floor. A purple smoke burst around it, and the crow was replaced with a Cookie.

Oh, Rook. The Cookie muttered, putting the jewels in her hat and flying down on its staff.

She lifted the jewel to put with the rest, before her wing paused, realizing a cookie was before her. She gave a smile. Hello.

Princess Cookie spun around from looking over the River of Sloth, smiling at her. Ah- Hello! Of course, I’d love an escort around.

She looked over the Garden of Sweet Delights, with curiosity. She’d never been in a place like this, in all her adventures. But that was the fun of it! Each venture into the world brought a new place, new and usually pretty.

This garden is very pretty! Hm.. She muttered something incoherent to herself.

Princess Cookie was visiting her kingdom, walking through the streets, greeting merchants and such. She was in a slight rush to get to the palace, however, and tripped over someone.

“Eek! Ah, I’m so sorry!” She stood quickly, helping them up. “Are you alright? That was an accident— oh, no! Are you hurt? Let me buy you something to make up for it, please.”

Princess Cookie ran up, smiling. When they weren’t in the kingdom, she had servants tend to his horses. “Knight Cookie, Knight Cookie!”

Frilled Jellyfish Cookie Roleplay Lore!

Frilled Jellyfish DID give her life for White Pearl Cookie, or now known as Black Pearl Cookie, which from now on I refer to her as such. Frilled Jellyfish, as her species always does, was revived. How, you may ask? Well, it’s a simple process (see notes).

Frilled Jellyfish doesn’t have any memory of Black Pearl Cookie or what she’s become, she simply knows that she died and went through the cycle again. She’s slowly regaining her memory, but it’s blurry and mostly visions of her cleaning or tending to merfolk.

Though, she does have one memory that is out of the ordinary…

NOTES:

The process of a jellyfish being revived is a cycle. Though it has only been found in 5 species, the Aurelia aurita, or Moon Jellyfish, which Frilled Jellyfish Cookie is most likely based on, is included.

When a jellyfish is born, it is a larva. This larva then attaches to something, becoming a polyp. If there are the right circumstances, the polyp will grow into a jellyfish. The jellyfish will live, do its thing, and die. The, if it’s one of the five species, the cells will reaggregate and make a new polyp.

So, Frilled Jellyfish could be millions of years old!
