How did yall transition to permahigh?? Do you just lik smoke all the time or did you do smth else to achieve the feeling (bc let’s be fr i wanna do that but that’s expensive)

so, the whole process took around 6 months i believe :3 i started out by slowly building my tolerance, i'd start out with maybe a few hits of a joint every other weekend, then every weekend, then a whole joint every weekend, edibles spaced throughout the week , paired with pen hits ... eventually i got so high so often it worsened my dissociation, which in turn made me feel high even when i was sober. i'd also work out often to release adrenaline and sort of give me a natural high when i couldn't smoke ! in addition, i'd force my eyes to appear droopy, i'd move slowly and laugh so hard i couldn't breathe at things that might not appear funny, and eat a lot of food to force myself into a mindset of being high even when i couldn't smoke. i don't even smoke every day (because my tolerance couldn't handle that), it's just a mix of pseudo effect and finding natural highs. also !!! i had a little weed nugget plushie i got off of Etsy that i'd cuddle with and it smelt just like weed, which helped me get into the mindset . :3

ways i cope with plurality dysphoria ☆

making a private simplyplural and/or pluralkit and jotting down stuff about your "alters," i call mine personas

choosing personalities for each "alter" and giving them likes and dislikes (like OCs but private!)

thinking to myself in voices i assign to them (you can use voiceclaims for this, which you can find on youtube & tiktok)

assigning them roles and letting them help you cope with your issues!! bonus points if you go into your persona to help yourself get better !! ☆

making picrews of them & deciding on their looks & styles !! :D

come up with a system name , aesthetic , and other things to help you feel like part of a collective !!

talk and respond to yourself ... yeah
