bridgerton is so fucking fun. each season they pick the two hottest people you've ever seen in your life, tell a ridiculously romantic story with them, set the whole thing vaguely in the regency era but make the costumes more camp and ridiculously elaborate in the best way every season, make the hot people bang, craft intricate and breathtaking sets, flesh out incredibly well a bevy of characters, then cast some more super hot people of colour to play characters that were white in the books. all of that from source material that is cheesy and they make it excellent and more progressive. I want a million seasons.

I’ve seen bridgerton, and while it is fairly trope-y

(Fake dating, enemies to lovers, best friends to lovers…)

it is actually quite enjoyable and I LOVE Nicola Coughlan she’s absolutely gorgeous and I was foaming at the mouth because she’s just so beautiful

Not really a fan of Bridgerton, but I am a fan of Nicola Coughlan's response to everyone shitting on her for being "too big" to play a love interest

I'm having emotions about this scene. How vulnerable Katniss can be with Peeta, and he can be with her, how affectionate they are. It's a beautiful snapshot into their relationship and one of my favorites.

peeta tried to save him and katniss by saying she had a baby, because he knew that would pull at the capitals heart strings. In a dystopian society, peeta mellark knew the capital would care more about a fetus than the real dying children . this sounds oddly familiar
