Anyone for a unique fixer upper, like the 1940 round house in Sun Valley, CA? 3bds, 2ba, 1,544sqft, $799,997. It's a little rough and worn, but it can be beautiful.

It's dated and needs a refresh, but it also needs some repair. I can't determine what kind of a floor this is. The listing says it has an easy-care Pergo floor throughout, but this isn't Pergo.

So, this is the living room. It looks like the window shades are in good shape. That's a savings. There's also a door to the patio.

An arched doorway in the living room leads to the dining room. The rooms definitely need painting. I wonder if they left the furniture behind.

The kitchen is dated, doesn't have much cabinet space, and the floor looks like they stuck tile on top of the original floor and it's peeling up. So, the kitchen really needs to be gutted.

This is the shape of the bedrooms. They're basically fine, except for the color of the floors.

I like the sink and tile shower. The floor is coming up in here, too.

This is odd, they put a bath in the utility room and this counts as the 2nd bath.

The 2nd fl. has a retro look. Maybe this is the primary bedroom.

The door opens to this terrace. Very nice.

This could be a stunning outdoor area once it's cleaned up. That's actually a built-in cement table with a pole for an umbrella.

Once these grounds are cleaned up, it will be beautiful. Look at the garden with the fountain. The pavilion just needs curtains.

That door is a closet for garden tools, and I'm wondering if the shed could be saved with some anti-rust paint.

Not sure what this is. I think it's a gated carport.

If the new buyer has the money to fix it up it can be gorgeous.

The listing says that there's room for horses, so the 3,293sqft property extends across the driveway to the area on the hill.
