it come out so simple , and his arms cross in front of his chest , a look in his eyes as he stares at Sam . he isn't a child , after all . no matter how he was acting . " why are you trying to get me to sit anyway ? " the fact he had said no before even realizing the reason is telling - he's just being combative at the moment .

but he shouldn't have to sit down for anything . he hadn't done anything wrong as far as he was aware .

if asked , he has no idea where they're going . he just knows a strong hand had wrapped around his arm , and was pulling him .

it might have to do something with the fact that he had been chewing someone out until he was red in the face . it didn't take much to get Steve angry , but honestly , once he got going , it was hard to stop him .

this time , he's a little flustered because - " I wasn't done ! " spills from his mouth , but he isn't fighting the other . he knows he could give Bucky a run for his money nowadays , but he doesn't want to try and fight him . instead , he takes the steps to be pulled away , his face losing the red color that had popped up , and his breathing easing a little bit more as they get further and further away .

" Buck - " he starts , ready to come up with an excuse .
