No one steals clothes from lockers - and definitely not from a small guy like you" Somewhat hurt and shocked about the reaction, you walked sullenly back towards your empty and open locker, angrily squeezing the pair of black trunks in your fist. No one gives a damn about you in this gym unless you're ripped or about to get ripped, you thought. Without seemingly any option left, you decided that to even go outside to the front desk to ask about finding your wallet, you needed to find any bit of leftover sportswear - and that started with hiding your manhood in something other than a damp hand towel. With a sigh, you pulled up the black posers that felt both loose and overly revealing. You sighed again, realising that the longer you thought about the whole situation, the more degrading it all felt.
"You're still here? What the hell do you think you're doing? Putting on a show?"
You felt a twinge in your groin as you heard the words from Coach bellowing from the other side of the empty locker room. You took a deep breath and pulled your head outside of the empty locker you were scouting around in. The same feeling of deprivation hit again, this time hitting even more pointed than before, and causing a stir inside the snug-fitting posers. What the hell had Coach done to you?

Not a problem, this can be easily overcorrected with a Chronivac course module or two. I should remind you that we are a team in this establishment, and that comes with a few particularities. This training video will go into the details, but while that plays I want you to know a few things about being under my employment. You've been used to calling me "Coach" all this time, but after your initiation, your clients will be saying that to you instead. You are there to guide them, steer them, and bring out their best qualities no matter what it takes.

I'm a big guy already, but I really wanna grow into a muscle-fat monster. My coach left me a weird bottle and asked me to drink it after a workout, what could it possibly be?
Thanks for the compliment - I am glad that you've been enjoying your experience in the Gym so far. With such a new and experimental product that caused several issues last time, we were informed that the 'pre-mixed' version of MASS MONSTA has been drastically improved. I'm not convinced we should switch suppliers entirely, but what harm can a free sample pack do, right? I entrusted our latest delivery to the gym's Coaches to distribute effectively. Some of them have, naturally, been hoarding some of the packs for themselves, but I guess your trainer has seen something in you that he is hoping will get out.

You took the small 200ml bottle out of your locker - still slightly cool to the touch. You muttered 'How did he put in there while I was in the shower?' under your breath, forgetting that the combination to your locker was assigned to you when you first started at the Gym. After taking your first gulp of the thick, viscous and strangely savoury liquid, you started looking for any ingredients list within the vibrant packaging, to try decipher what flavour 'Green' was even meant to resemble, before it was finished entirely.
Wiping your lips, you threw the bottle away, changed into your clothes as normal, and headed out - giving your Coach a first bump as you walked back across the floor, towards your car. "See you tomorrow, yeah?" he shouted to you, even though you had no appointment planned you always managed to get a few reps in before or after work. Your stomach gurgled.

By the time you arrived home, your body felt sluggish, like your chest and stomach were filled with a tonne of bricks. You shrugged it off as a heavier than normal workout but you couldn't even bring yourself to reheat the high-protein meal you'd prepared at the start of the week. Removing your loose clothes as your eyes continued to droop, you barely made it to a chair before you collapsed into a deep slumber. While you slept and fantasised about your ideal body shape, your reality continued to grow, more and more.

When you got yourself back to the gym, you were almost unrecognisable. Looking back at you in the mirror was the monster of your dreams, and couldn't help but show off and flex the new strong, thick body. When your Coach saw you pumped up and ready for action, he gave you a pat on the shoulder and subtly handed you another bottle of green juice with a different label. "Looking good, mate. Drink up and don't ask any questions if you want to keep this permanent. See you out there in 5, we got a lot of work to do." You didn't even hesitate.

Coach, emergency! I went to the gym stoned, and now I don't remember what locker I put my clothes in. I just came out of the shower and I've been walking around confused with just a towel for the last ten minutes
Take it easy, champ - you must have a locker around here somewhere! We've all been there, where your head is too clouded up to think straight. You just need to sit down, listen to Coach's voice for a bit and then let that green haze run its full course.

Taking the suggestion to retrace your steps, you walked back into the showers to find a white towel and a pair of bright blue Speedos hanging on a hook outside the open cubicle.
You giggled as you realised how funny it was - people picking up other's clothes left around like this - and then realised that could have happened to your locker key in the first place. Equal parts calm and zonked out as you felt the fabric between your hands, you started thinking to yourself that maybe this whole 'retracing your steps idea' would have been better to try first before you called Coach for help...

Whoosh! As you stood under the shower head, you felt the rush of cold water flush over your body, shocking you out of your thoughts entirely from its previous state. Involuntarily exclaiming before the shower quickly warmed up to temperature, you hardly looked down to see the equal transformation that your body had undertaken.
Giggling as you explored every inch of your new strong and impossibly chiselled body, you realised that even though your old stoner self had poured itself down the drain, you were still left feeling equal parts carnal and dumb. Worse - or funnier - you still had no idea where your clothes were!

You might not have found your clothes, nor were you entirely sober, but you were confident that a visit back to the steam room will help. Maybe one of the fellas in there will know where you left your key.
At least you have access to as many towels as you need.

Do you remember that small piece of paper that you signed when you registered at this gym? For access to our 'free' improvement programme you needed to grant access to both mental and physical calibration in the terms and conditions. Perhaps you don't have any memory of it, or those words might be a little too long for you to understand. I've pulled up your account and your credentials indicate you've been routinely accessing the audio service for at least three months now, perhaps longer. It's impressive that it's taken this long for you to notice, or - rather - some proof that the service is getting better and better at going under the radar.
In our other clients, we have noticed that users of the service start to exhibit more overt improvements almost immediately. I should also mention that, because of the nature of the programme, algorithmic tracking of your search history is automatically enabled, which helps tailor your preferences. Your desire for mental manipulation, for one, is a useful side effect of the larger conditioning and has been instrumental in avoiding any paranoia or - as a matter of fact - any resistance at all.

I can assure you that your fear is due to a healthy mix of excitement and desire. You might notice that - despite the growing number of young and athletic jocks - a mature figure in the gym will always have precedence. Take it from your Coach, you're going to question why you had reservations in the first place.

After an unfulfilling session in the gym, you went back to your locker and found a pair of under-armour briefs, baggy black shorts and a grey top waiting for you instead of your usual clothes. Immediately thinking that there must have been a mistake, you checked the key and locker number twice, but it was definitely the same one that you had used earlier.
Without wanting to cause any attention, but mostly wanting to get out of your damp, sweat-filled clothes, you stripped down and pulled on the clean-looking black briefs to go and speak to someone.

No sooner had you looked down than you were immediately bumped into by a young and budding athlete. Blurting out “Sorry, Sir”, he was frozen looking at you with a mix of fear and hesitation in his eyes. You couldn't help but notice how he reminded you of yourself at his age… wait. You turned back to look back at the small mirror inside the door - and smiled as you stroked your thick bearded chin.
"Look where you're going next time, kid - unless you want me to tell your Coach". Your new deep, gruff voice commanded attention, where the recipient was only able to mutter a series of apologies as he left. You spotted his ass walking away in some sort of team uniform, and while it looked strangely familiar - at the same rather uninteresting. You shook your head clear, focusing back to the locker and (more importantly) yourself. You had better targets to focus on.

Pulling on the grey shirt and shorts, you decided to make the most of your energy and get a second pump in for the day, as you have plans for a big night ahead. You snapped a picture for your new dating profile, ready to put this newfound masculinity to good use.
Within minutes, you'd been tapped, woof'd and messaged more than you had in the last year.

I'm glad you enjoy these posts, you've come to the right place. Those are some good ambitions to have! But how about we take a look at the reasons why you’re struggling to pack on that muscle in the first place? Of course, one easy option is that I could find an old Bottle of MASS MONSTA lying around in some locker, but with your situation, I think that we should look a bit more holistically. There is no point in slipping back into bad habits, is there?
A healthy dosage of re-discipline training is just what you need. You might be a budding muscle enthusiast, but to get the results you crave, you need to ensure that you keep up the good work, propel yourself, and break target after target.

It's been a while since I last had an order of singlets, but I'm sure that I can find an old one of mine that you can borrow. A nimble fella like yourself should look into bulking up a bit - especially if you want to be in action on the team!

Almost forgetting about the odd exchange at the gym until you were about to go to bed, you pulled the singlet out of your gym bag. You had a strange memory of being asked for something in return, but your mind went blank whenever you thought of what it was… nevertheless, feeling the fabric in your hands, you thought it would only be right to give the singlet a try on your next visit to the gym.

When the day came, your heart wanted to start racing as the tight fabric stretched across your legs and torso, but it never came. With a feeling of disappointment, both in yourself and the singlet itself, you realised that you didn't feel or look like the hot wrestlers you lusted after. Determined, and somewhat inspired by all of the 'New Year New You' content that had been everywhere this month, you took out your phone and snapped a pic for yourself. Clear that if you dared to share the image on social media, the ridicule from your friendship group would make you leave you even more crushed.
With a deep sigh, you pulled on a big hoodie and shorts, dumped two extra scoops of protein powder into your cup, and connected your headphones to the gym speaker system before leaving the locker room.

Within the first fifteen minutes, you started to feel the strangest effects surge through you. You could only compare it to being over-caffeinated, but you felt pure energy and confidence surging through you like electricity re-charging a battery. Smashing your last set, you pulled off your hoodie as you walked over to the water fountain for a break, and caught your reflection in the mirror. You don't have to worry about your friends any more - if anyone is doing the crushing, it's you.

Iv always wanted to play soccer throughout my life, fantasized and dreamed, it's how I ended up on this side of Tumblr, I'm a 20 year old guy and try to accept it's too late for me and I should just forget it as I'm not a child anymore
Do u think there's any hope for me coach?
In some ways, you could say I have a similar story. I stopped playing rugby at school, but there was always an itch of mine that I wished I kept at it, playing in my later teenage years, through college and having a team to be a part of. Of course, there's no reason that you should give up your dream just because you didn't start early -- that's what this side of Tumblr is all about, no?

With the help of the chronivac support desk ( @octuscle ) I don't just have the ability to change your present, but I can also rewrite your past, or give you the illusion of it. Scaling back the dial, I'll programme in that you started seriously acting on your desires around six years ago - a little too late to become a world-class professional player, but easily in time for a good scholarship to a dedicated sports college.
With this level of education - you might even end up as a Coach yourself, someday!

Instead, I've slightly... amended that interest to ensure you make the most out of your new position as a player. I know guys can sometimes leave their clothing. Do you think any big himbo jock left their jockstrap around. Hoping it’ll turn me into something big.
You should be careful who you steal from in this locker room -- or better yet, you could have just asked for one yourself! I guess it's too late to tell you now, as I saw you quickly putting it on underneath your jeans before rushing out of the locker rooms. That jock didn't just belong to someone who wished to become twice the size, but five times as promiscuous.
It wasn't until you arrived home that you noticed just what dramatic effects had already taken place. As it was late in the evening, and because your neighbours had seen plenty of guys arriving and leaving your apartment, you didn't think twice about being seen. You began to notice some changes as you were struggling with getting out of the car and losing your breath as you went up the stairs, but the true magnitude was only noticeable when you managed to free yourself from the (now) skin-tight shirt. Your hulking gut expanded out from the jockstrap waistband, a thick beard covered your face, and hair spread across your chest and down your arms.

Any normal gym-goer would be taken aback if they had lost so much 'progress' in such a short amount of time. The mix of your original request to become a big himbo jock and the effects of the jockstrap, however, enabled your mind to adjust in rapid time to the new situation. Plus, you had gained some muscle in your arms and legs, and more body just means more to love - and who doesn't love a beefy bear?

Hey Coach! I was wondering if you had anything in your kit bag that could help a guy get more into Gymnastics or acrobatics like a singlet or spandex suit? Gotta look the part right?
Despite looking around for a while, I am fresh out of singlets for the moment. I am due a delivery any week now, but something has kept them in transit. However, that has never stopped a good athlete from progressing in their spot of choice! How about you try on these black compression leggings and long-sleeve shirt, instead? I think they'll do the job just as well, while you're training for your new role.
You might feel a strange pulling sensation as you try to stretch the fabric across your legs and arms. I assure you that no matter how tight it feels now, you'll soon grow more and more accustomed to the feeling.
Once you're fully suited up, you should take full advantage of the training room and test your core strength.

Perhaps it’s a little late, but I do have one word of warning.. as with all of the kit that I lend out, the suit is designed to rapidly propel the skills of its wearer forward. This, of course, does come at a price.

One of the teammates of my art class project suddenly withdraw from the class, literally disappearing without explaining anything to us. Later, I happened to find a guy with the same name and familiar on the football roster when reading college newspaper. He looked macho and his eyes looked slightly different? I should meet him!! What would I find?!
Ah, you must be talking about the jock I signed up for that exchange programme at the start of the summer! I wonder what caught your eye - knowing that he hadn’t disappeared or that he was coming back as a player for another team?
Yes, he might look and sound a little different these days, but I assure you that dropping his old life for a new one is one of the most liberating experiences you could imagine. I could arrange a meeting, sure, but wouldn't it be better for the two of you to meet on a level playing field, so to speak? I would say that at the very least you should try it out for yourself, if you’re not interested after watching this short video introduction, you can always go back to spending your days in the art department when the match is over...

The worst part about a successful exchange programme is seeing a great player achieve their potential and then having to say goodbye. Thankfully, fuelling a brotherly rivalry between the two of you will be more than enough to make up for it.
If you don’t get your tension out on the field - you can always finish things in the locker rooms.

Now that you mention it, there was a request for an exchange programme a few days ago that I never got around to finding a candidate for. You might have wandered into this locker room to find a position on a team or bulk up mass and leave your old life behind, but now that you mention it, I think a fresh start will do you the world of good. Not everyone gets the chance to start a new life in the country!
Take a seat in my office while I go and collect these forms for you to sign. I'm sure I won't be too long, but I'll leave this short introduction video playing for you on my screen in the meanwhile. I'm not sure about the quality, there seems to be a bit of static in the audio and glitching images if you watch too closely...

I've also gone ahead and entered your new measurements, personality and preferences for your accommodation. Plus, as I am good friends with the Coach of your new team, he'll be sending me updates on your progress along the way.

Any wrestling singlets left unattended? Would love to become a hot wrestling jock.
As far as I’m concerned, there is always space for a new wrestler on my team. Not that it matters, but I’ve noticed we have had a few shortages. Our fellas enjoy the feeling of dominating the other lads so much that they start pushing themselves out of their weight classes. It’s easy to keep packing on the muscle and mass when you have a head start from their Coach, I guess.
Now, lad - go into the last locker on the left and try on the grey singlet on for size. Code is 3-6-5, and make sure you click the lock twice before opening. I’ll see you out in the hall in 15.

There we go! You look just the part: tall, broad shoulders and able to pin any opponent down, as long as you’re quick enough. You might feel a bit disoriented at first, but once you get this headgear on you’ll find that raw instinct and muscle memory will finds its way - trust your Coach.
