I did my video counseling today with my therapist, Herny Rita, and she was good which means that I can speak out to her, yes, I vented. I even cried during the session and if I hadn't have to attend lunch invitation from my senior in 30 mins, I would happily spend the whole noon wetting my duvet and pillow.
I feel sorry for myself, for what I'm feeling all this while. The negative talks within me has gotten too deep into my bone. Dr Jiemi Ardian would say this can be treated, but if he's talking about medication I'll skip.
