planning on shifting tonite! ill be using a subliminal that worked best for me last time to help my mind kinda get into a good state for shifting. itll just be a simple kinda "going to bed with the intention" thing so i wouldnt rlly call it an attempt, just me doing it.. hopefully i make it! will update tmrw if i experience anything..
