My friend Amal (@amal-ashour-now2) messaged me this picture and story:

Today, bullets pierced our tent… the children were playing inside when it happened.

We are a displaced family, living in a fragile tent with barely enough to survive. This morning, gunfire struck our shelter.

By a miracle, no one was physically harmed, but the emotional trauma is unbearable.

My children picked up the bullets from the ground... and asked me, “Mom, are we going to die too?”

I took these photos just minutes later, not to shock you, but to show you the heartbreaking reality we’re living.

Amal is a pregnant mother, who’s currently displaced in Gaza. Previously, she used to run a campaign to support her family’s basic needs until GFM shut it down. For that, her and her sister launched a Chuffed campaign to ensure that donations reach both families safely and reliably. The funds from this campaign aim to:

- Help the families evacuate from Gaza

- Find a safe place to live

- Provide food and medical care for the kids

- Help them heal from this terrifying experience

We Got Work to Do for World Central Kitchen

The Supernatural Script Hunt came from humble origins, a handful of fans banding together to collect and preserve our fandom history, making as many scripts as possible accessible to fans worldwide. Since acquiring our first script over six years ago, and then branching out to involve so many fans supporting the work in the years since, it was always our intent to give it all back, and then some.

When we began this project, the fandom collectively had six scripts from five episodes and a single network outline. In the six(ish) years since we bought our first script to add to that collection, we ended the project with a total of over 180 scripts from 168 episodes, casting sides from 50+ episodes, 50+ call sheets, arenas from 18 episodes, and other related documents. During the last few years, we've still been involved with the fandom, we know it's still going strong and to honor the 20th anniversary of the airing of the pilot (September 13, 2005) we wanted to bring back this campaign from 2023 that raised $5,066.

Our fandom is global, and World Central Kitchen works tirelessly around the world to bring people comfort, nourishment, and empowerment in their time of need.

No raffle or prizes this time, this is just us wanting to give a nod to the show that brought so many of us here.

eleanor guthrie truly character of all time. she's awful. she's a pirate, she's not quite a pirate because it occasionally suits her to be an englishwoman instead. her daddy issues nearly destroyed nassau. she made one of the most feared pirates on the seas crawl at her feet but also did such a number on him that he killed her real father. she made another of the most feared pirates on the seas into the dad who stepped up but only after having some weird sexual tension with him. her lesbian situationship reverberated through the whole narrative so bad that the core relationship semi-quoted her breakup. she's dead. she comp hetted her way into her own doom. she's shiv roy for the high seas. jack rackham said she was mother. anne bonny called her a cunt. she was even bisexual.
