Lately I've been tumbling a few Cosmere fanfic ideas around in my head (spoilers unmarked).

A Mistborn fan gets transmigrated into Era 1 a couple years before the fall of the Final Empire and has to deal with all the chaos that involves. The main draw in my mind is that you have all this meta-knowledge about the politics and magic system and whatnot, but you have to be very careful about how you apply it in order to 1) avoid tipping of Ruin that you're onto him and getting a dozen Inquisitors pointed directly at you, and 2) avoid messing up Preservation's plan through the whole trilogy and accidentally dooming the world. My original thought was to have the protagonist get dropped into one of Straff's allomantic bastard children when they snapped (probably a soother), but you could also go the 'Villainess Reincarnation' route and drop them in Shan Elariel, which comes with its own bag of problems.

The Lord Ruler dies, and instead of just stretching off into the Beyond he gets time loop reincarnated as a skaa child a couple years younger than Vin (or, as above, winds up in their body after they're beaten to the point of snapping). Gets to deal firsthand with all the consequences of the dystopia he created without the godking powers that let him justify himself in the original timeline. (This is probably my favorite of the three, at the moment).

This one's a little different and is inspired by another fic called Life Ore Death by Obloquy, which is a crossover about a young feruchemist terriswoman from Era 1 winding up in the Young Justice/DC Comics universe. Good read, I recommend it. Anyway, this fic takes the same basic premise but instead the crossover character is an Elantrian and her seon who are from about 3 years after the events of the book. Of course, Elantrian magic is location-restricted even without multiversal travel, so her main toolkit (at first, anyway) is peak-human strength/durability and low-level healing from being so heavily Invested, her wits, and having a flying ball of light as a sidekick.

Ok so I saw your #linesinthesand idea and squealed. Then paused and said aloud that is terrifying. Just absolutely terrifying. Eri the Rewind, leader of the LoV who can say ‘nope you’re out!’ and the person is rewound to a tiny splat on the ground. And Tinko/Tomura who is BABY. And terrified and doesn’t know how to smile. Uggh I love this.

In Breaklogic, when do you imagine future!Izuku and Eri manifest and what are the first things they do?

Probably on the day of the entrance exam, since that's the day Izuku first got OFA. He almost asks All Might if it's a side-effect of OFA but realizes that "hey so I started hearing voices right after you gave me a superpower" could cause him problems. Future!Eri is primarily occupied with keeping Izuku alive and in one piece, complicated somewhat by the fact that all he knowledge of that early on is second-hand. Future!Izuku is just doing his best to comfort Eri and help her be more prepared for when she escapes. He also probably teaches her pass phrases that would catch his past self's attention so they could get her away from Chisaski faster.

Also, consider the following:

At USJ Eri: "Oh no, it's Shigaraki." Izuku: "Who's Shigaraki?!" Eri: "Your future arch-nemesis. He's All For One's successor, kind of like you're All Might's." Izuku: "Who's All For One?" Eri: "..." sound of mental facepalming

AU where Uraraka was born with Tail and Ojiro was born with Zero Gravity.

There's no real rhyme or reason to it beyond thinking those quirks would suit them well and that it's fun and adorable.

Ok call me clingy and i apologise for that but I made an Izuku having AFO fanfiction of my own but due to lack of drive I'm not really sure i'll continue it anytime soon if not at all but I have a bunch of ideas for Story, Quirks, and Angst if you want we could discuss it and I could give you some I been spending more time thinking about ideas for the story then making it I don't really want them to go to waste how about it?

My personal suggestion would be either A) make an ask blog like I did to prevent my ideas that I don’t have it in me to write from going to waste, or B) join the Discord server. We’ve got a bunch of people there and a whole channel dedicated to posting unused fic ideas for other people to see and use, plus a bunch of other stuff.

Ok speaking of which if you are making Aftershock with another person how exactly does it work? Do you both take turns making a chapter or do you both work on each chapter together discussing things like ideas and what happens next?

@cannibalisticapple and I mostly toss ideas for the fic back and forth in planning documents and a discord channel and see what sticks and what we both like, and then write and edit as we have the energy and motivation. If one of us feels like something in the current draft isn’t working, we’ll bring it up in the chat and talk about changing it. It also really helps that we try to keep a buffer of about five chapters so we have time to try different things out and aren’t constantly right up against the publication schedule.

Though, since I definitely want to give credit where it’s due; while we both work on it quite a bit, most of the bulk writing is done by Apple. She’s a monster. You haven’t felt fear until you’ve seen her get in the writing zone.

Would you be interested with making a Nurse Deku AU fanfiction with someone? I have an idea for making one my problem is I don't have a lot of drive to write but having someone to write with would be encouraging, if your not interested or can't do it now that's fine either way take a look at the Nurse Deku AU its not translated but it has very nice art

#togamidoriyafusion: Izuku befriends Toga before he becomes a villain. She develops a habit of disguising herself as him and sometimes filling in for him. She accidentally gets One For All from All Might, and the two of them swap it back and forth, which starts mixing up their identities in the process. Dark comedy.

#ishizuku: Izuku has a quirk that lets him detect and redistribute or spread out damage through someone’s body. He’s Recovery Girl’s assistant and absolutely terrifying while trying to get 1-A to take care of themselves. (If you’re wondering about the tag, “Ishi” is, so for as I can tell, Japanese for ‘doctor’)

#juumanizuku: Izuku has a quirk that let him copy other quirks by essentially video game grinding. He has to repeat an action (difficulty varies) 1000 times to make a copy, and can only have 10 copies at once. He managed to successfully grind up Mirko’s quirk in the backstory so he has access to rabbit powers as well.

#hybrid: Dad For One AU. Half of Izuku’s DNA is highly mutable, letting him copy traits from other people and turn into a genetic hybrid of them and Inko. He’s training to be a hero because he’s the only person he’s ever met who’s immune to All For One, since neither of their quirks work on blood relatives.

#quirkzuku: Izuku is a quirk analysis quirk given to traitor!Uraraka by All For One who turns out to be unexpectedly sentient.

#ascent: A quirkless Izuku gets Shiratori Hibiki, an ex-villain whose vocal cords were damaged in a fight which prevents her fro using her voice-based quirk, to train him to get into UA.

#linesinthesand: AU which swaps Shigaraki’s and Eri’s ages and roles in the narrative.

#you'vegotme: Uraraka is Mandalay’s niece and has a telepathy quirk instead of Zero-Gravity. Kota is also her adoptive younger brother in the wake of Water Hose’s deaths.

#breaklogic: In a future where All For One won, Eri tries to send Izuku back in time. Instead, the two of them are both unexpectedly sent back, as mental advisors to each other’s younger selves.

#don'tsayrun: Izuku has a healing quirk which transfers any injuries he heals to himself, and uses it on All Might when he near-fatally overexerts himself fighting the sludge villain.

#katsukameizuku: Izuku is the son of Katsukame Rikiya and Inko Midoriya. He still wants to be a hero, but his ideas of what that’s like are partially influenced by yakuza code (even if he has no interest in joining the actual yakuza). He also has basically the same problem as X-Men Rogue, automatically absorbing life energy through skin contact to fuel his strength quirk.

Ok while i got plenty to ask I guess for giggles i'll ask what are your thoughts on Nurse Deku AU? After seeing the doujinshi I think it would be a good idea for an AU

Not really familiar with it. Closest I’ve got is Ishizuku, and that’s more about him being a hero with a slightly terrifying dedication to making sure his classmates are practicing self-care (on account of having a specific sense dedicated to detecting damage) than a nurse.
