Astrology + Weight loss + Health
I don’t know if any of my followers know this but I have gone through a ton of weight loss through my years and I still have a few pounds to go until I finally get my goal body. I was actually just thinking and thought maybe astrology can help us with weight loss and our health; so I’ll be sharing my research. *I am not a professional nutritionist or any of that sort of stuff* I didn’t want to make this tooooo long so here is some other tips based on moon signs: here All quoted information is from Sunita Chabra, an astrologist who has the love for Science. Aries: Aries, Aries rising, Mars dominant, or 1st house dominant: Motivation won’t be an issue with you, in fact your ultimate ego will be what will keep you going. The only thing that keeps you from your goal is wanting to make things fast giving you the idea of taking weight-loss drugs or something. Just rely on your spirit to get you there, no short-cuts! Because Aries is so uplifting and energetic, you will most likely prefer hot and spicy-food, which is good because it speeds up the metabolism.
“Eating healthy is simple if you keep it that way: simple. Start making permanent lifestyle changes this way you wouldn’t have to diet to lose weight. You should drink plenty of liquids to cool your body system and to flush out toxins from your body. Eat more of salads and cool drinks. Drinking too many of alcoholic drinks should be avoided. Eat food at regular intervals and do not skip meals and crash dieting should best be avoided. Lightly steamed vegetables, whole grain breads, plain yogurt, skimmed buttermilk, eggs, carrots and vegetable juice, which is alkaline in nature, are good for Mars ruled people. Gemini: Gemini, Gemini rising, Mercury dominant, or 3rd house dominant: Very likely to follow a strict diet without having to think about it so much; which makes it very easy for the Gemini. Since the Gemini is experimental, various diets or numerous workouts/sports will definitely help them out.
“Since Gemini is an intellectual sign hence protein rich foods like cheese, milk, soya beans, eggs etc. will prove to be great for promoting power packed energy and building muscle mass. Including more of protein rich food in diet may help lose weight as protein takes longer to digest and suppresses hunger pangs. Onions and garlic can be used freely in food. Boiled mashed potatoes with garlic and parsley, mushrooms and if non-vegetarian lean fish are good sources of protein and good for your nervous and body system. Food to avoid: 1) Avoid late night snacks. 2) You need to avoid burgers, pizzas, and white bread to be replaced instead by whole grain or multigrain bread. Butter, fried potatoes and white bread is strict no-no. Generally, this dual sign people like to do multi-tasking so eating while watching TV, reading books, etc should be avoided.Exercises to be followed: 1) Crunches. 2) Nervous disorders can affect your digestive system. Meditation and yoga not only helps to sooth frayed nerves but also helps to reduce/maintain weight. Important Tip: Gemini rules over nerves hence the addictive and habit forming like drinking excess of tea, coffee and smoking is not good for body system and not recommended if you want to lose weight.”
Cancer: Cancer, Cancer rising, Moon dominant, or 4th house dominant: It’ll be hard for Cancer to make the effort, but should find the way to be comfortable with it! Lots of motivation will be needed, tell a friend or a parent to support you through it, because you can do it! In the end you can definitely just pamper yourself with tea mixed with honey to cut out from stress.
“Cancer people have weakness for good food and many Cancer ruled people are found to be good cooks as well. Your diet generally lacks calcium, which is so essential for bones and teeth. So, including more of dairy or soy products will be a wise choice. You may also have liking for rice. Now, to lose weight this is one food item I don’t recommend for you but natural weakness will not keep you away from it too hence follow simple formula avoid eating rice at night and also eat small portions of it or maybe substitute rice with brown rice or better still Quinoa (a new grain in the market). Too much salt may cause your body to hold on to water and your body may swell as result, so reduce the intake of salt (remember you are a water sign).Food to avoid: Starchy foods like potatoes, breads, etc. should be replaced with green leafy vegetables. Avoid alcohols and wine. Drink more of soups and substitute caffeine drinks teas/coffees with herbal tea to ward off coughs and colds, which you naturally are prone to.Exercises to be followed: 1) Cancers usually are fascinated by water. Swimming is not only enjoyable but also a good body exercise especially in summers. 2) Strength training exercises for muscles even if you use light weights. Important Tip:Those who have sweet tooth can have fruits topped with honey instead. You should avoid eating curd at night. Banana in fruits I don’t recommend for you if you want to lose weight.”
Leo: Leo, Leo rising, Sun dominant, or 5th house dominant: Stick a picture of a model right on your refrigerator to prevent you from craving any sweets! In order to get there it’ll be a bit tricky but of course by testing your pride, as a fighter you’ll fight your way to your goals if you test yourself. Have someone cook you meals or even get a personal trainer to praise you after your hard workouts. Buying stylish gym clothes can definitely help you out, Leo.
“Anyone, who has little knowledge or have some interest in astrology may know, nuts especially almonds is associated with Sun that rules over your sign. Almonds and in general most nuts are known for being healthy snack food and are also high in omegas, and does tow jobs, one, fill you up and second, help you keep healthy. They’ll want to know what they’re getting themselves into and what is most likely to work then what isn’t. You might want to check out organic produce and keep your worries a bit down a notch, you might be overthinking that you’ll never lose weight, etc and that just isn’t good. Patience and motivation is key.

Basic stretching exercises will not only help lose weight but will also loosen body tension. You may practice power yoga. Power yoga may help lose weight and also you to unwind and recharge your batteries. 2) Better still enroll your name in some nearby gym. Important Tip: I recommend meditation and also head massage for you. This helps you calm your frayed nerves and anxiety level and when mind is calm you will feel and also look good.”
Libra: Libra, Libra rising, Venus dominant, or 7th house dominant: Balance is key! Never follow the latest trends, just because it worked for Christina Aguilera doesn’t mean it can work for you. Get out there and get that hot body! Praise, motivation, and affection from your loved ones will definitely help you. Go run with a friend or something, go out more and get your body moving!

Librans are ruled by kidneys hence they should drink lots of water or any other liquids to flush out toxins from their body. Limit the intake of salt, it may cause water retention and also not good for your blood pressure. Exercise suggested: 1) Crunches mainly targeting abdominals. 2) Librans can make great sportsperson. Librans like to be graceful in everything they do hence running or jogging that will make them sweat is probably not their idea of harmony. Ballet, dancing and exercising or swimming is something they can take up. Style is your middle name and if money is not a consideration you would love to pamper yourself to best of health spa treatments. Important Tip: When a body system has a craving for certain food items it is difficult to resist hence mix a very small scoop of ice cream or any sweet of your choice with big servings of fruits. Scorpio: Scorpio, Scorpio rising, Pluto dominant, or 8th house dominant: You might be quite the extremist while dieting and such, take a chill pill. It’s not good nor healthy to lose more than 2-3 pounds each week or even a day! Don’t over-do yourself Scorpio, the world isn’t ending tomorrow.

At least one meal of the day should be either only salads or only fruits and nothing else.Exercises suggested: 1) Passionate Scorpios are easily bored by any one exercise routine hence they need to keep swapping fitness routine. Combine cardio exercises with stretching exercises. Reproductive organs and bladder rule this zodiac sign. 2) All your feelings and thoughts are locked inside hence you are prone to tensions and anxieties. You should meditation to calm your nerves. leo is also about things that are very obvious; my mom told me she figured out she was pregnant with me around the 4 week mark. pretty quick considering people usually get an inkling around 6 - 8 weeks !! my moon also trines my aries sun — aries governs quickness, haste, and brevity

Kundalini Dreams
What is a kundalini dream? When you reach a certain level of ‘wokeness’ you may experience a dream that feels like you’ve been electrocuted. Kundalini is apart of the Hindu belief systems. Shiva is the masculine energy and symbolizes consciousness. Shakti symbolizes feminine energy, power, movement and nature. When these two energies learn to work together they produce a Kundalini Awakening. Imagine a snake moving up your spine, going over and around each chakra making sure they have reached optimum momentum.
My first experience with Kundalini happened when I was heavily into balancing chakras. I was asleep and I woke up. I could not move or talk but I was familiar with my surroundings so I started freaking out. The more I freaked out the less oxygen was in the room. I screamed out for my wife but she didn’t answer and I have no idea where my dog was at the time. The electric current hit my spine and calmed me down but I woke up in the same setting of my dream except it was night time. I cried cause I didn’t know what was going on I just kept telling people I almost died in my sleep because that’s what it felt like. (now i believe i was lucid dreaming)
My second experience I was prepared for. The same exact thing happened except I decided to accept my fate this time. If I was supposed to die in my sleep I did not want to fight that. I laid still in my bed and looked around the room to make sure nothing was different. It was the middle of the day, I was alone again and the sun shined through my window. The electric currents didn’t hurt this time and I allowed them to move up my spine and down my fingertips. It was an unreal experience and when I woke up this time I was not alone and it was night time.
The next day I decided to ask my bestfriend if i could align her chakras and she readily obliged. I did the same work on her that I did on myself. A few days later she called me and told me about a dream where she believed a cop had tasered her and she described the electric currents just like I had. At that moment I knew who it was safe to share my occult experiences with.

Dreaming Psychic
On my twitter I talk a lot about my ex-wife. The good and the bad for the most part. She was a Gemini Sun, Scorpio Moon, Cancer Rising. Now that I know what I know about astrology I always wonder if she was more intuitive than she led on to be. I can honestly say spirit wanted me to leave her. They showed me through tarot readings multiple times and I tried to interpret it to what I wanted to hear. Then they sent me more stuff through dreams which ultimately led to my first kundalini dream (next post).
The Reading:
Cross of Truth for JWA on 1/13/2019
Current Situation: 6 of Pentacles tells of a person who is generous with giving love because its spiritually fulfilling. it also says to be okay with accepting financial help. Unbeknownst to be, she hadn’t paid the rent in awhile because she was waiting for a check that never came.
Hopes/Fears: Queen of Swords RV was a reminder to be more confident and assertive.

The Dream: I had a dream of a single tarot card being presented before me in a dark room. All I saw was the hand and “The Moon” card. When I woke up i googled “The Moon” tarot in a dream and this is what I came up with:

At first, I didn’t see anything out the ordinary with these messages being presented to me but as time went on I had my first kundalini dream but that is for another post.
