House MD evil as hell, it's like medieval torture for the crime of being sick for both House and whatever patient stumbles into the hospital. Patient could come in with a cold and House will instruct Chase, Cameron, and Foreman to slap the patient with a boiled turkey leg to see if they have meningitis then the patient does not have meningitis so they gotta tie them up to the ceiling and steal their lunch money. While that happens someone will steal House's vicodin until he solves their riddle. Wilson is trying to fix House like assembling furniture but he doesn't know how to do that right now so he just starts making shit up and then the patient starts seizing so House calls out his team like Pokémon to order them to do stuff like "Quick jerk him off with a fire extinguisher!" as if those words in that particular order makes sense.
