in my head, viktor is an artist who carefully navigates the rocks in the early mornings to sketch - but this day he almost falls, only to be saved by someone who has been watching him for a while~

"what did students do before chatgpt?" well one time i forgot i had a history essay due at my 10am class the morning of so over the course of my 30 minute bus ride to school i awkwardly used by backpack as a desk, sped wrote the essay, and got an A on it.

six months later i re-read the essay prior to the final exam, went 'ohhhh yeah i remember this', got a question on that topic, and aced it.

point being that actually doing the work is how you learn the material and internalize it. ChatGPT can give you a short cut but it won't build you the the muscles.

My last post was summer 2024 or something?? Yikes. The fact you've been worried enough to shoot a weirdo internet stranger a messages is so kind. Also for the nice words about my work. Thank you for that. I do remember those of you who started sending me asks when I started this blog C: And going to uni now?? Congrats!! - And I hope you somewhat recovered from the Morgan obsession. It's been a while, but I promise you they are still icky to the bone <3

So just to let you all know I'm still around, and thanks for checking in <3 Had a bunch of brainfrying work/health/family stuff going on for a while, and still do. Guess I've been a little anxious about writing as well. Even been anxious simply reblogging monster art bc 'I'm not allowed if I'm not posting any writing am I??' but. Yea, thankfully I've recently realized that's just kinda bogus, isn't it?

So want to thank you for checking in, I'm alive and doing pretty ok now C: Can't promise I'll be very active immediately, but to let you know it still haunts me I've got both tga and uv sitting in my folders. And I'll schedule some time to check in every now and again from now on. I wanna have fun hanging out here again.

it really sucks when you want to look at anything monster boyfriend-related and it's only porn. where are the fun date nights in the woods where the mist can only be pierced by big glowing eyes? where is the hand holding with claws and scales? where are the beds that are actually coffins and falling asleep together after an exhausting night of roaming the graveyard? where's the quiet evening of star-gazing with a being who can tell you about each star they visited? where's the domesticity of cooking in your haunted house with help from disembodied hands? where are the inside jokes about non-superstitious people having encounters and cackling so sinisterly in that inhuman way that you love?
